Depending on the area, Open Houses can be an effective marketing tool.

When we hold our first open house we deliver invitations to the neighbors.

More and more buyers are starting their real estate search online.

An online virtual tour can put your listing at the top of search engines and help perspective buyers visualize the layout of your home more effectively. On occasion we will add a virtual tour as well as

HD photos.

Showings:

We use Colorado’s premier showing service,

Centralized Showing Service,

to schedule our showings.

The more available and the easier it is for an agent to set a showing for your property, the more likely it is that your property will be included on their showing tour. The more showings a property

can easily receive, the more competition there will be for the property and the higher

the offer the seller can anticipate receiving.

It is crucial to have a good web presence to effectively market your home.

We know the tricks to make your property stand out on all of the popular web search sites.

Follow Up:

Every agent who shows my properties receives multiple requests for feedback.

I work with my seller’s to determine if there are any changes made or incentives offered that could possibly give the property that extra push to procure a good offer for top dollar.

Because I strive to provide good feedback to my fellow agents, I have better than average success rates at receiving feed back.

area. This brings further attention to your property to bring you top dollar. We use Zip my

Flyer for this service.

A vital part of the successful real estate transaction has to include the skill of negotiation. I have been extensively trained in how to successfully negotiate on

behalf of my clients. I am a certified negotiation expert and I know how to negotiate with other agents to get you the most out of your transaction.

From Contract to Closing:

My job doesn't end when your property goes under contract.

Unlike many agent’s I continue to actively work to find back-up offers for your property even after you go under contract to help to secure a strong negotiating position during the inspection and

appraisal.
