Sleep between 10-11PM and wake up between 6 to 7AM, exactly total 8 hours (for less than 45 years
age)
6-7AM
2-Glasses warm water rst thing in morning- winter, rainy & other seasons.
(2-Glasses cold water rst thing in morning- summer)
8-10 Glasses of water through day (normal water & some/mes warm water)
Always drink water slowly.
Empty stomach & Perform surya namaskar for 21 /mes.
7-8AM
Have green tea, tulasi, ginger juice
1 HOUR of exercise- any type (walking,jogging,aerobics,gym,yogaasan,pranayam OR any kriya &
prayer.
By 9AM
Have Mixed Fruits OR Corn+Bajra+Wheat+Raagi+Barley+Oats cereals in morning OR Have full
meals OR Have
good quan/ty of Sprouts all pulses mix or any one.
Complete it with mixture of Ginger, 1 pinch Sesame-Til, 2 Blackdates, Flaxseeds - 1 pinch , only 5
Badams.
Have 1 tumbler Bu>er Milk
11-12AM
Slowly drink 3 Glasses of water
1PM
Lunch quan/ty less or more should be depending on morning food.
Have meals with more of vegetables, pulses & greens - carrot, drums/ck etc at aAernoon.
Brahmi Pak Jaggery li>le before or aAer every meals.
Cow Ghee along with all cooked meals
Include 1 Cup Bu>ermilk, or curd or lime juice aAer noon meal (on summer season)
3-4PM
Slowly drink 3 Glasses of water
5PM
Any snack as you like but have less quan/ty.
(OR may be drink tea or fruit juice.)
7PM
Have Light /feen at evening.
