A 32-year-old father of two, Tony has been a Pepsi drinker for the better part of the past decade, but a recent annual physical has him rethinking his sugar intake. In an effort to make a more informed decision, Tony visits the Pepsi website searching for details about the amount of sugar in Pepsi—and Diet Pepsi too, for that matter.

Ann recently purchased a Flavor Pack that didn’t have any Ruffles in it. There were still 22 bags in it, though instead of Ruffles, the pack included four more bags of Doritos than it should have. Ann is now visiting the Frito-Lay website looking for the most direct way to explain her problem and ask for some form of compensation.

Ben is now standing in front of the C-store, smartphone in hand, accessing the Mountain Dew mobile site.
