DLC delisted many products in January 2017, please assure that the screenshot submitted is current (note, DLC screenshot format now also looks different).
CFL to LED – Pin based may be considered for the LTL24B incentive if the existing lamp is an integral pin based CFL (direct line voltage to socket). If the existing CFL has an external transformer program does not provide an incentive, nor does program allow any configuration bypassing the transformer. Must be Energy Star or DLC and meet minimum wattage reduction requirement.

Transition – Effective March 31, 2017
Pepco and Delmarva Power C&I Energy Savings Programs will transition the administration of the Existing Buildings/Prescriptive, Custom, Retro-commissioning and New Construction Programs to a new implementation contractor, ICF. Small Business, Multi-Dwelling Quick Energy Check-Up and Combined Heat and Power Programs will remain with Lockheed Martin through the end of 2017.

Transition – Key Dates
Pre-approvals and final approvals:
• Until 5 pm on March 20th all application paperwork should be sent to Lockheed Martin.
• After 5 pm on March 20th and through the remainder of 2017: All Small Business, Multi-dwelling Quick Energy Check-up, and Combined
Heat and Power project paperwork should be sent to Lockheed Martin for processing.
All Existing Buildings/Prescriptive, Custom, New Construction and Retro-commissioning paperwork should be sent to ICF for pre-approval, final approval and processing. Contact information and further details to be provided.
Incentive check distribution:
• Lockheed Martin will distribute incentive checks/EFTs for all projects that are final approved by March 20th.
• After March 20th and through the remainder of 2017: Lockheed Martin will continue to distribute incentive checks/EFTs for Small
Business, Multi-dwelling Quick Energy Check-up, and Combined Heat and Power projects.
ICF will distribute incentive checks/EFTs for Existing Buildings/Prescriptive, Custom, New Construction and Retro-commissioning projects.
