The programme educational ob0ectives are designed
focusing on an outcome in order to ensure quality and
technical competency of the students by the
epartment 5aculty 6oard #56%, commensurate with
the criteria of -merican 7ociety of MechanicalEngineering #-7ME%.
-pproval of M. Tech. post graduate program with its
regulations and procedures by the 7enate8ndergraduate 4overness 6oard #7!46% and
subsequently approved by the 7enate#-pe academic
body% and 6oard of 4overness #6"4% of the Institute.

The 7enate periodically year to year re9nes the academic regulationsand curriculum of the M. Tech. post graduate program to be in tune
with the established !E":s based on the recommendations of the
7!46 and 56 #epartment 5aculty 6oard% which is also documented
in the 1ourse of 7tudy bulletin published periodically by the Institute.
Modi9cation of the design of the program from feedbac' given by the
student is regularly obtained to ascertain the quality of education
imparted to them in tune with !E".
Industry and academia feedbac' is regularly ta'en throughinteractions during conferences, wor'shops and through curriculum
development programs to continuously upgrade the curriculum
content.

the Institute. The post graduate programme is designed to
