Proprietary Information is defined as information, ideas, and/or related data originated by, or peculiar to, the Disclosing Party. Proprietary Information may be disclosed orally, in writing, or in one or more electronic formats on media such as, but not limited to, SD cards, tapes, diskettes, compact disks, USB flash or ‘thumb’ drives, or other similar media.

DLA Post Award Conference Comments
• Other DoD Services & Agencies are eligible to use this vehicle, however that is not planned nor expected
• DLA does not have a formal forecast at this time for releasing RFPs
• DLA units will need to have a compelling reason to keep their current IT task orders versus moving to the JETS contracts
• Subcontractors may be added to a team
• Two primes can team, but one needs to subcontract to the other
• Task Areas can not be added to an awardee’s contract
• DD254 will be at the Task Order level
• Generally, Task Orders will be 3 years in duration (Base plus 2 options)11

Post Award Conference Comments
• Each RFP can have different evaluation factors
• Might or might not use RFIs; Response not mandatory but highly recommended
• There may or may not be a past performance requirement for TO’s
• There could be price-only RFQs
• Most RFPs are planned to be LP; some could be LPTA however. All awardees have been determined to be Technically Acceptable based on their proposals including Past Performance
• “Best Value” may be considered for technically complex TO’s
• DLA has just commenced the alignment of planned TO’s to Task Areas – no work had been done on that previously (DLA J6 & Contracts will be very busy doing this alignment)
• DLA might release list of Task Areas per each Prime

Post Award Conference Comments
• All DLA IT support work will migrate to the JETS vehicle; non-IT work will not be placed on JETS
• As IT contracts come to an end they will be re-competed under JETS. Some may be consolidated - depends - no definitive rule as to how that will be decided - it'll be case by case. But, consolidation is a goal and similar Task Area work may be rolled together over time. In that case, a TO will be released with add-on efforts identified.
• Expect response submissions for most RFPs to be due within 21 to 42 days; more complex TOs may be allotted additional time.
• JETS can be used by other government/DoD agencies and services if so desired, however, that is not a goal. DLA has no intent nor reason to market this vehicle outside of DLA.
• The DLA JETS portal is open to the public for general information, however no TO’s will be posted there. DLA may consider developing a TO portal in the future.
