Fundraising Meeting: We will be having a fundraising committee

meeting next Tuesday (June 6) at 6:00 p.m. at the hall. We need

ideas for fundraisers!!!!

Sunday meal: We will have a Sunday meal June 11, from 11:00

am - 2:00 pm. The menu will be gordita plate, drink & dessert for

$10 a plate.

Pastoral Council Elections: Congratulations to Silvestre Barco

and Martha Umble on being elected to serve on the Pastoral

Council. We look forward to having you serve in this leadership

for the next few years.

Building Fund: We will continue to have a 2nd collection on the

third Sunday of the month for our new building fund. Also, there

are envelopes in the pew and the entrance of the church if you wish

to make a gift at any other time. Envelopes may be deposited in

the locked box at the entrance of the Church or in the collection

basket.

The New Building Project is divided into three phases:

Phase I: Construction of a multi-use facility that encompasses

a religious education center, parish offices, a fellowship hall

and a kitchen.

Phase II: Renovation of Hedberg Religious Education Center

allowing for a new Parish Rectory.

Phase III: Removal of existing Hall/Rectory/Office structure

and installation of parking and landscaping.

Funding is in place for Phase I; however, fundraising is ongoing

for Phase II and III. The St. Mary’s team will graciously continue

to accept pledges and one-time donations. There are brochures and

pledge cards at the entrance to the church. Anyone wishing to

receive more information on the project or how to make a

Mitin de Recaudo de Fondos: Vamos a tener una mitin de recaudo de

fondos el martes proximo (el 6 de junio) a las 6:00 pm en la presbiteria.

¡¡¡Necesitamos sus ideas para recaudar fondos!!!

La Comida de Domingo: Vamos a tener una comida del domingo desde

las 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. El menu va ser platos de gorditas, con bebidas y

postre por $10 por plato.

Elecciones del Concilio Pastoral: Felicitaciones a Silvestre Barco y a

Martha Umble en haber sido eletadas a servir en el Concilio Pastoral.

Esperamos contar con ustedes de servir en este liderazgo por los proximos

años.

Fondo de Edificio nuevo: Vamos a seguir la colecta segunda del tercer

domingo del mes para el fondo del edificio nuevo. Tambien, hay sobres en

las sillas y en la entrada de la iglesia si usted desea donar una algun regalo

en cualquier tiempo. Los sobre puede ser colocados en la caja con candado

o en la cesta de la colecta.

El proyecto de edificio esta dividido en tres fases:

Fase I: La construcción de Facilidad de Multiuso que incluye el Centro

de Educación Religiosa, la Oficina y Presbiteria de Camaraderia y

Cocina.

Fase II: La Renovación del Centro de la Educación Religiosa Hedberg

dejando para un rectorio parroquial nuevo.

Fase III: La de mudanza de las estructuras presbiteria/rectorio/oficina

que existen y la instalación de estacionar carros y paisajismo.

Financiación esta en lugar de Fase I; de la manera que, fundación sigue

Fase II y Fase III. El equipo de Santa María sigue gentilmente aceptando

promesas y donaciones de una vez. Hay folletos y tarjetas de promesas en

la entrada de la iglesia. Si alguien desea recibir más infomación de este
