FAQs from PILOT Teacher Specific Reporting Sessions

• What constitutes a “gap year” in reporting for 3-year rolling average?

• How is score on rating form (0-3) determined if teacher has more than one report in a single year?

• How do we determine % Instructional Responsibility (or, % Student + Teacher Enrollment and % Full/Partial Instruction)?

FAQs from PILOT Teacher Specific Reporting Sessions

• Is the district responsible for correcting the “overclaiming” students if this happens across schools? Across districts?

• Do teachers that know they will have less than 11 students still need to participate in roster verification and “roster” their students?

• Do I still need to “roster” a student even if I know they will not be included in the analysis and reporting?

FAQs from PILOT Teacher Specific Reporting Sessions

• Lots of questions still exist regarding account management– Many LEAs still not aware that

teachers need a school-user account NOT a district-user account to access roster verification and teacher-specific reporting.

• Use the “Contact Us” Link on PVAAS Website for ALL account management questions
