The directory was compiled by Penn State with assistance from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (PDA) and includes dairies holding PDA grade A, non-grade A, manufacturing, aged cheese, and raw milk permits. This directory can be found online at extension.psu.edu/food/dairy. Information on the PDA Milk Sanitation Program can be found at www.agriculture .state.pa.us.
