Ashraf Abdel Mohsen is an Associate Professor of Architecture at Ain Shams University. He is currently leading Computer Application in architectural education, Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering " Digital Design Studio". He has taught Architectural Design, Theories of Architecture, and Computer Applications in Architecture. His research interests include Architectural Education, and the influence of media and computers on Architectural and Environmental Design. Professor Ashraf’s professional experience includes work through the consultancy centre at FEDA on a wide range of national mega projects. Also his consultancy firm worked as joint venture with many international firms. He is registered as an Architectural Consultant at the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate.
