AcademicsStudents have more than 160 majors to choose from at Penn State, and nearly all can be started at Penn State Shenango. Penn State’s unique 2+2 program allows students to complete their first two years of study at any campus and complete their degree at Penn State University Park. Students who want to stay at Penn State Shenango can complete one of six baccalaureate degrees or six associate degrees.

Student LifePenn State Shenango offers a

variety of activities to foster student learning and development, enhance the educational experience, and prepare students for their chosen professions.

With student organizations, intramural and club sports, concerts, comedians, and speakers, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved on campus.

Students can participate in service trips or spring break in the U.S. or South America, cheer on our Nittany Lions at football games in Beaver Stadium, and help raise money to fight pediatric cancer.

From Greenville and northTake PA-18 South to Hermitage. Turn right onto US 62 Business/East State Street toward Sharon. Follow approximately 3 miles to downtown Sharon; turn right onto Shenango Avenue and travel two blocks to the campus.

From I-80 east/I-376 southExit onto PA-760 N toward Sharon. Follow approximately 4 miles and turn left onto US 62 Business/East State Street. Turn right onto Shenango Avenue and travel two blocks to the campus.

From Ohio and westI-80 to Exit 234B onto US 62 to-ward Sharon. At Ohio-PA border stay left onto Irvine Avenue. Turn right onto US-62 Business. Turn left onto Shenango Avenue and travel two blocks to the campus.
