Pre-Service Dates/Times March 17 – April 25 (6 weeks) Classes: one (1-2-hr) session/week x 6 weeks Outside class videos & assignments Class to be held in evenings, or Sundays

On-Site Dates (17 days) Tue. May 20 – Fri. June 6 Departure and return to Philadelphia Philadelphia-Airport shuttle service as needed All students to meet in Philadelphia for departure

Eligibility

Open to all SEAS students Open to other PENN students as space is available Open to all years, with priority given to rising seniors,

then juniors, then others Graduating seniors eligible to apply; will be given same

priority as rising seniors

2/15: GBS Application Due 2/18-2/19: Interviews will be held 2/22: Notification of acceptance 3/5: Letter of commitment and deposit due

3/17-4/25: Six-week class 5/20: Depart Philadelphia 6/6: Return to Philadelphia
