  • We opened in August and so far we are mainly a community cafe. I called it the Victoria Tea Rooms after the local school and Victoria Road is just round the corner.

We have pictures of Penarth on the walls and we hope to do more of that to refl ect and to celebrate this wonderful town we live in.

The mouth-watering menu is constantly evolving and new dishes are being planned for the winter.

Afternoon tea is always available bookings preferred Christine makes delicious homemade cakes and this is a great chance to sample.

With Christmas on the horizon it will be ideal for a festive get-together if you want to hold an event. There is already a Christmas menu available for small functions.

Victoria Tea Rooms is at 3a Cornerswell Road, and is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Fridays, and from 8am to 4pm on Saturdays.

Christine looks forward to hearing from you, and can be reached on 02920 710301.
