One 6KW Trumpf laser  cutting  center  on  a  6’-8”  x  13’  bed• Automatic palette/plate changer

One 4KW  LVD  laser  center  on  a  40’  x  11’  bed• Automatic palette/plate changer

CNC High Definition Plasma Cutting Center

• Three 260 amp High Definition cutting heads on a90’  x  16’  bed,  capable  of  bevel  cutting

CNC Water Jet Cutting Center

• Calypso  Dual  Head  55,000  PSI  on  a  20’  x  10’  bed

CAPABILITIES: PRECISION FORMING & BENDING

All welders are qualified utilizing the FCAW (Flux

Cored Arc Welding) process to AWS D1.1,

Structural Welding Code – Steel, as a minimum

• 38 AWS certified welders in house

• In house CWIs: (1) NDT Level 3 and (4) level 2

• Commercial welding program has various PQRs/WPSs qualified in accordance with AWS, or specific customer requirements in 46100, 12560, Ultra High-Hard Armor, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Mild Steels

• NAVSEA welding program qualified in accordance with Tech Pub 248

• Weld qualified to ABS for commercial ship building
