The Hiring Challenge was aimed at finding the best talent in the following profiles• Associate Architect• Principle Software Engineer• Senior Software Engineer

The hackathon was designed keeping in mind the primary requirements of Pegasystems accordingly three di�erent programming challenges were designed.

Stockroom(HR Cubes) addressed the hiring problem of Pega by designing a tech hiring challenge tailored according to their needs.

A complex algorithm programming challenge which involved pairing up of the candidates with their Pega counterparts (so as to examine the work environment match of the candidate)

The entire planning of the hackathon including the branding, selection of eligible candidates has been done in a short span of 3 weeks. (Stockroom takes a minimal bu�er time of 3 weeks before the hackathon)All the stockroom hackathons are only on an invite basis to ensure quality and interests of the company.

R E S U L T

Pega Systems hired 7 candidates (5 for Senior Soft-ware Engineer, 1 for Principle Software Engineer & 1 for Associate Architect) after assessing (based on) their performance in their hackathon. It was an easy pick for the Pega Systems as the candidates were invit-ed only after scrutinizing their profiles on various coding platforms.
