Our S-Pulse technology measures the electronicsignals that pass through your body as a result of thebeating of your heart. This measurement is obtained bythe watchs two sensors: the top metal plate and backbattery door. The battery door is actually the primarysensor plate that measures these electronic signals offyour arm.

The ECG (electrocardiogram) measurement is done whenyou place your fingers from the opposite hand onto thetop sensor of the watch. This creates a loop across yourbody the watch can now read.

The digital pedometer is powered by a motion-sensingaccelerometer, considered the most accurate and reliableway to track your steps.

Heart Rate LockTo prevent triggering the heart rate feature from accidentalcontact and environments where excessive water/moisture are present. An example would be in a poolwhere the watch is submerged in water. Since wateracts as a natural conductor, it can accidentally trigger theheart rate feature.

Male: 220 minus your age (220 your age)Female: 226 your age

Your Relative Heart Rate will be displayed as apercentage when displaying your heart rate.

    1. In Time mode, hold Start/Stop for 3seconds.
