In addition, we have unfurnished one- and two-bedroom apartments and suites available with many floor plans to choose from. We also offer unfurnished two bedroom independent living homes or, if needed, specialized dementia programming at our Delta location.

Our Commitment

Veterans Aid and Attendance ProgramCrossroads participates in the Veterans Administration Aid and Attendance Program. Veterans and their spouses may qualify for sizeable pensions to help with monthly rental costs.

Receiving this pension may help elders in need of assisted living or specialized dementia programming to do so without having to spend down their assets to become eligible for Medicaid assistance. Furthermore, receiving this benefit generally does not interfere with or reduce Social Security or other pension income.

NorthglennResidents at Northglenn enjoy a beautifully appointed, 79-apartment community with a homelike atmosphere and spacious common areas. We offer a choice of six different apartment styles and are conveniently located off I-25, near bus lines and two major hospitals.

The elegant dining room hosts nutritional, tasty meals prepared by our master chef, and residents have access to a full calendar of community and in-house events including: socials, exercise classes, crafts, community gardening, religious services, movie and family nights and much more.

DeltaCrossroads at Delta Senior Living provides lovely apartments for seniors in and around Delta County. We are conveniently located within minutes of the hospital.

atmosphere for the residents. Currently, we offer six floor plans to choose from.

Twenty-six two-bedroom independent living homes are available for seniors that do not require daily assistance.

The residents enjoy many planned activities including concerts, crafts and tailored exercise. Ten sitting areas provide magnificent space for residents to read, play board games and visit.

The newest addition to our Delta campus includes a Memory Care community with specialized dementia programming. Residents will be free to explore while families can rest assured that their loved one is safe. Special features of this building include an aviary, enormous fish tank and music space.

Caring staff are always available to assist each resident as needed.
