Peace Nouvella™ Sessions This month's special offer is a free forty-five minute individual consultation for the first two callers at (410) 956-1117 within 48 hours of receiving this notice. All free sessions need to be scheduled within three weeks of the offer. Consultations can include: individual instruction, intuitive guidance, life purpose coaching, subtle energy field scan and assessment and Peace Pulse™ hands healing. Individual and Group Consultations can be in-person, over the phone, or live video via Skype.

Peace Pointer™

If you correct your mind, the rest of your life will fall into place. This is true because the mind is the governing aspect of a human life. If the river flows clearly and cleanly through the proper channel, all will be well along its banks. - Lao Tzu (from the Hua Hu Ching book collection of oral Taoist teachings based on the sayings of Lao Tzu) It would seem that this newsletter has become quarterly despite my best intentions. Up until this past year I had been sending it out monthly for over eleven years to family, friends, clients, students, colleagues and others interested in the healing arts and creative arts teaching and consulting work I do. The reduced frequency does not mean I am less involved in these areas. It does mean however the time I devote to these involvements as community activities has been shifted to a focus on recovery from a series of traumatic events. These events have left me, and others in my family in deep need of healing. The natural choice is to seek peace of mind and stay focused on healing to correct and recover from all unsettling thoughts that affect one's peace of mind. The self-governing correctable mind has the capacity to renew like a river after a storm once its waters have calmed and its clarity restored. The mind that can correct can also reveal great understanding that comes from realizing that sustained inner peace is never attainable as just for ourselves alone, nor is it just for the few who more openly seek it. What emerges from any unsettling experience is the need to make mindful healthy moment-to-moment choices that help to diminish any unpeaceful thoughts, especially after multiple traumatic incidents that can leave you feeling bereft and despairing. All unpeaceful thoughts and actions have the potential to become helpful opportunities to ask within for another way of being in the world. The awareness of our mindful choices instead of mindless self-limiting habits creates the opportunity to heal. This can only happen when all obstacles to truth disappear and the full light of truth is allowed to enter unimpeded by deception, doubt and fear.

It is my hope and goal with the help of others I have meet in support groups along with the counsel of ministers and therapists who specialize in trauma recovery, that ways to work through the continued re-stimulating after effects will emerge. After having been through the most disturbing period of my life it is my hope that 2013 will bring greater clarity, strength of purpose and healing. Since teaching brings me great joy I look forward to the opportunity to teach the many courses I have developed and offer here at Peace Point and Anne Arundel and Prince Georges Community Colleges. NATURE AS HEALER - A Co-Creative Journey Date/Time: Saturday, April 20, 2013, 10:00am – 3:30pm Cost: $85 Registration Form. Description: Experience a kinship and resonance with nature as a personal co-creative relationship. Through experiential exercises and the use a naturalist's journal, you will have an opportunity to attune yourself to nature's natural rhythms, cycles and subtle interactions. This interactive experience will increase your awareness of your soul's interconnectiveness to all of life, and allow the Source of all creation to speak to you through nature. In this way we learn to recognize through the myriad expressions of life and creative form, a loving supportive infinite intelligence that communicates through nature. Bring a journal book, bag lunch and dress comfortably and protectively for outdoor walking in woodland waterfront setting. YOUR BODY SPEAKS (aka The Body as Means of Communication) Date/Time: Saturday, May 18, 2013, 10:00am – 3:30pm Cost: $85 Registration Form. Description: In this introductory course the body is seen as a means of communication that can express health as well-being or unhealthiness as suffering. As a means of communication, the body can convey the underlying cause of a physical issue as "dis-ease" or other unhealthy conditions. The topics covered include physically based anatomical maps as well as subtle energy maps in relationship to our five senses as communication channels. When there is interference to this communication it can lead to unhealthy conditions as emotional and physical pain, sickness, accidents, and an increased rate in the aging process. When these communication channels are restored to full functioning we experience greater physical health and emotional well-being both individually and collectively. PEACE NOUVELLA™ Date/Time: Saturday, June 8, 2013, 10:00am – 3:30pm Cost: $85 Registration Form. Description: Peace Nouvella™ is an international educational peacebuilding project that I have been following inner guidance about since 1994. This class is co-creatively designed as an overview of the full Peace Nouvella™ comprehensive course of study. Individual and group participation includes lecture, discussion and exercises. The words Peace Nouvella™ mean "a new peace scripted in the heart, co-authored with God". This co-authorship involves connecting with the highest aspects of your being for personal growth, healing and creative expression. Further in-depth study includes; meditation, inner peacebuilding, intuition, subtle energy training and hands healing practice called the Peace Pulse™. The training also includes the creative arts for healing through: journaling, art, music, theater and storytelling.
