Before separation of the oil from coconut water:

There is a layer formed between the oil and the coconut water.

Some solids were at the top of the mixture.

The oil is the colorless fluid at the top of the coconut water.

The coconut water is the fluid found at the bottom.

After the separation of the oil from coconut water:

The oil and coconut water was not fully separated because during the separation, some coconut water might spill into the separated oil which we don’t want.

The oil appearance is colorless.

Before separation of the oil from water:

The coconut scent can be smelled.

However, the smell of spoilage started to be very noticeable.

After the separation of the oil from coconut water:

The smell of spoilage is very dominant.

As the coconut milk was refrigerated, the odor of gradually changed from coconut scent to something that is starting to be spoiled.

There is a formation of white solid at the top of the mixture before separating the oil and the coconut water.

The amount of oil gathered was obviously greater compared to the oil extracted using hot process.
