Dear Partner and Conscience Investor,

As C.E.O and Founder of  True Green Energy Group www.tgeg.asia  I can appreciate the term "PutYour Money Where Your Conscience Is" Socially and environmentally responsible investors, led by

T.G.E.G’s bio revolution have the Social Investment Forum stammering to help the deployment of

Biosphere’s on a global scale. We receive 1000’s of letters every month of extremely happy people with

regards to our launch in San Fernando Pampanga Philippines. SBS and the Biosphere unit allow

communities across the world to receive true clean green energy to power their homes and businesses.

The irony of investing is, you can be smart as a whip but if you overindulge into the intellectual nature of

investing and fail to act you can leave a great amount of money on the table. The Bearish arguments

always seem to be more credible but markets can be indifferent to strategies and theories; the herd just

wants to move prices higher. So I say let them. While us here at T.G.E.G focus on billing communities

around the world for using green electricity produced by the Biosphere MKV, other people are losing

their life savings trying to earn a few cents in the stock market where the street hustlers and institutionalfirms get rich on investors hard earned money. Global environmental energy corporation (GEECF.PK)

has a remarkable invention that allows communities to finally procure a zero waste environment with no

harmful pollutants to earth. T.G.E.G has a license to deploy and is moving towards becoming the first

green international utilities company on the planet. There are significant underlying reasons for today’s

herd behavior, No longer must we endure the “will they or won’t they” debate, along with the

corresponding effect upon the economy. Why? Because Biospheres are the only one of its kind and will

help save the planet and keep our generations to come very safe and sound. The fact is the herd is

stampeding on a global scale to invest in the future of planet earth. The truth is making lots of Money is

only one side effect of the Biosphere MKV. The reality is the Biosphere will save lives and help save

planet earth from global warming and other horrible catastrophes. For more than 30 years, socially

responsible investors have been advocates for corporate social responsibility. They have engaged in

shareholder activism, directed capital to companies that pursue sustainable business practices and

invested in communities, particularly those least able to obtain financial services through traditional

financial institutions. T.G.E.G has a plan that works and is now being instituted in many countries and

communities just like yours. T.G.E.G pays for each biosphere system to be delivered in any city in the

world and then becomes the electric company providing clean green energy by gasifying and treating

unwanted garbage and turning it into green electricity along with solving the waste problem. True Green

Energy Group  (T.G.E.G), www.tgeg.asia, is proud to represent the city of San Fernando and its

community. The people of the Philippines have listened to the long sounded warnings about socially

irresponsible business practices in waste management both here and abroad; and understand that without

the deployment of the Biosphere MKV decades of unwanted trash and landfills will permanently hurt the

Philippines. Successfully TGEG  has promoted world power and green technologies to responsible

investors who have become partners backing T.G.E.G international deployment. I urge every person who

reads this message on green energy and the Biosphere MKV to get involved and help the planet get rid of

all the unwanted garbage by calling or emailing True Green Energy Group.

To Planet Earth and Responsible Investor

The bulk of  True Green Energy Group’s efforts are focused on unleashing a new, clean-energy

Economy by using the biosphere MKV that will begin to reduce our dependence on foreign oil will cut

Our carbon pollution by about 80 % and create millions of new jobs all over the world.

Obama said in a state that launched him on the road to the

White House, “The nation that leads the world in creating new

Energy sources will be the nation that leads the 21st century

global economy!" Today T.G.E.G is doing just

that on a global scale. Our goal is to become the largest

International green utilities company on the planet!

It was the Environmental Protection Agency's ruling March 24,

2009 – that made a case that carbon dioxide and other greenhouse

Gases "contribute to air pollution that may endanger

Public health or welfare" now legislation's wheels are in high

Gear and green energy is on the lips of every political leader in the world.

With everyone looking at saving the planet the results in regards to the testing of the Biosphere MKV

Unit was reported to be like Manna from heaven... The information on the Biosphere was gathered by

Monitoring the air and the emissions from a biosphere unit at a site in Dundalk Ireland on behalf of

senior environmental consultants. The report was certified as accurate and respectively submitted under a

controlled chain of custody. The document was a 40 page document issued by Bord Na Mona

Environmental Ltd. New bridge co. Kildare. Today as a result of extensive testing on the Biosphere

system and world deployment both in America, South Africa, china and other places around the world,

governments are making new laws to let companies like T.G.E.G  lead the way in delivering green

electricity. The Philippines has created and passed a new law called “Republic act number 9513”. The act

is an act promoting the development, utilization, and commercialization of renewable energy resources

and other purposes.

Below is a link to this law signed by the president of the Philippines in Metro Manila.

BIOSHEPRE AND ECOTECHNOLOGY

Waste in itself is an environmental problem that continues to increase as populations grow, which in allcases costs municipalities and waste management companies money to get rid of. The usual option isthrough landfill, which is not a satisfactory solution. Our solutions and technologies allow communities toenhance sustainability level by turning waste Streams into reusable and valuable resources.

What is the BIOSPHERE TECHNOLOGY?

This is a process of gasification that harnesses the combustibility of solid wastes to create a heat sourcethat produces an extremely hot steam that will then generate green electricity

What are the advantages of BIOSPHERE to Environment and Public Health?

Create electricity by destroying waste in a cost effective manner without polluting the environment. Theprocess is done in a limited – oxygen environment thereby significantly limiting atmospheric emissions.

What is the importance of BIOSPHERE?

Addresses both energy production and waste management issuesNo toxic leftovers that require landfill or which cause leach ate issuesGroundwater and methane avoidance credits from displacing landfillsEligible as Renewable Energy Developer as Renewable Energy Market (REM)

What is Biosphere’s ZERO WASTE PHILOSOPHY?

Addresses operate on a ZERO WASTE philosophy, defined as: The recycling of all materials back intonature or the marketplace in a manner that protects human health and the environment. The conversion of any carbon based material that is in excess of 97%. Non–carbon based materials are converted intovitrified glass. Molten metal’s are separated from glass and recovered. Non – carbon based feedstock materials are converted into saleable products without any leftover. There is virtually no need for a

landfill with this process.

What are the BY – PRODUCTS of BIOSPHERE Gasification?

Pozzolanic Ash – Several commercial uses, such as road base, and material for making concrete blocks.High Alloy Steel Wire – Typically contains titanium or vanadium.

Carbon Black – This is important filler in the rubber industry next to titanium dioxide. Also the mostimportant pigment in printing inks, toners, single – ply roofing, paints, and plastics.Electricity – 9 megawatts of electricity/hour which is enough to generate enough power to supply 18,000households annually.

Does the BIOSPHERE TECHNOLOGY comply with the Clean Air Act?

Yes, because the air emissions from gasification are well within prescribed limit by the law.

How alarming is the waste management problem in the Philippines?

The population of the Philippines is growing at above 2% per annum, with a movement of people towardsthe cities. In Metro Manila, for example, where the official population is around 8.5 million (and theactual population is estimated to be around 12 million), over 6,000 tons of MSW are generated everyday(0.66kg of waste per individual per day) The need for waste management measures opens upopportunities for energy recovery either from landfills, by the collection of landfill gas from incinerationor through the digestion of waste to produce compost, with the production of biogas.

OUR MISSION

We aim to be the leading renewable energy provider using the Biosphere Gasification Technology. Wealso aspire to develop strategic partnership with people who have the same vision to make a difference.

OUR VISION

We envision a Zero Waste Society with a great social responsibility towards a better future. We seek unique partnerships with communities to provide environment – friendly and economically advantageoussolutions to waste disposal and power needs.

T.G.E.G  is a domestic company, which was created especially for the Biosphere GasificationTechnology. We were granted exclusive license to deploy, market and operate the Biosphere technology

and facilities.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

T.G.E.G  aims for sustainable development by providing the needs of the current world populationswithout compromising the future generations. The solutions and technologies allow communities toenhance their sustainability level by turning their waste streams into reusable and valuable resources.

RESOURCE RECOVERY TECHNOLOGY

“THE BIOSPHERE GASIFICATION PROCESS”As an introduction, the Biosphere Process for generating green electricity was invented by Dr. ChrisMcCormack. Dr. McCormack is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global EnvironmentEnergy Corporation (GEECF). The Biosphere process was developed and has employed in themanufacturing of clean energy disposal system known as “The Biosphere MK-V” The Biosphere processand technology operates in developed nations around world, to wit: United States of America, UnitedKingdom, Germany, Beirut, China, Taiwan, Brazil, Lebanon, Libya, Italy, Canada, West Africa,Singapore, France, Japan, Australia, Russia and more and more countries are adopting this Technology.

The Biosphere Process Systems has been tested to European and US EPA standards by Bordna MonaEnvironment Limited. It meets and exceeds the requirements of the newest EPA regulations, the newestEuropean Union regulations and all appropriate operations and emissions standards in any clients’ jurisdiction.

WHAT FUEL SOURCE DOES THE BIOSPHERE USE?It can consume as a fuel source; biomedical waste, medical waste, used railroad crossties, PCB’s rawSewagesludge, used carpet, unusable soft coal, industrial by-products, oilfield waste, construction Anddemo material, composite building material, pressure-treated lumber, tires, agricultural surplus, orEffluent (including Pig, Chicken Farms) really anything a human can make or produce except concrete, glass, metals, and nuclear waste.

THE BIOSPHERE PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGYBiosphere Process and Technology is a process of gasification. It harnesses the calorific value(combustility) of Municipal Solid Wastes (MSW) to create a heat source that produces super heated steamvia boiler, which drives a combination stream turbine/alternator, generating green electricity.

HOW MUCH RESIDUE IS GENERATED FROM THE BIOSPHERE PROCESS?The reduction is 93% of volume; 172 tons is reduced to 12.04 tons.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICE DESCRIPTIONThe local government units have been tasked through the Solid Waste Management Act to implement thecollection, hauling, transporting and disposal of municipal solid wastes. With the Biosphere facility beinginstalled, once collected and hauled, the MSW are delivered to the Biosphere facilities while payingBiosphere a tipping fee set per ton of MSW. Biosphere processes the MSW, generating electricity whichis sold to the rural electric cooperatives.

The installation of 6 MW/hr Biosphere Facility will be all over the identified sites in selected towns andcities during the full operation of the Biosphere Technology In the Philippines.

The government of the Republic of the Philippines through the Electric Power Industry Reform Act (R.A.9156) encourages the use of indigenous source by means of renewable environment Technology as analternative to the electricity generated from fossil fuels.

T.G.E.G expects that within ten (10) years “Biosphere Process Systems” will be the industry standardthroughout the world. Page 5

TECHNOLOGY INTRODUCTION

The Functioning of the Biosphere Process System: The Biosphere process system when operated onMSW takes place in five distinct stages.

Stage One: MSW is collected and brought to a centralized Biosphere process facility located at thedesignated site. Each facility is designated as a “One-Stop Shop” providing for up to 100% recycling of the total tonnage of MSW collected. The Biosphere Process facilities are economically viable at a little as5-8 tons/hr and can be constructed in closed facilities of as little as 3000 square feet. Each BiosphereProcess facility is designed to be a standalone facility, with internal air control ensuring that the facilitydoes not emit any prohibited emissions to the atmosphere.

Stage Two: The MSW is sorted to provide separation for compost production, plastics and rubberrecovery, metals, glass, aggregate recovery and finally electrical power generation that, Typically

operates at a rate of tons/hr. Each receiving line separates MSW into two feedstock streams comprisingputrescible (organic) and non-putrescible (non-organic) materials. Putrescible materials usually comprisearound 20% by volume are rapidly composted and recycled into high nutrient value soil additives andfertilizers using a proprietary vertical accelerated composter. Non-putrescible materials are further sortedto allow plastics and rubber recovery at around 10% of volume before being shredded in advance of valuable metal recovery. All of the recoverable aluminum and ferrous metals are removed from the wastestream using rotating trammels equipped with band magnets, and hand picking stations. Sand areremoved using a Biosphere Separator 2 which achieves the following separation percentage; metals 3.1%,glass 5.2%, aggregates, concrete, dirt and sand, 8.0% and finally residual materials suitable for powergeneration equal to not more than 53.7% by volume of the initial MSW.

Stage Three: In stage three of the process, all other materials in the waste stream is forced through a

Biosphere Densifier 3, which compacts the MSW into 20g flakes with 15-20% moisture termedBiosphere Flakes 4 at the rate of 30 tons/hour, these flakes drive the Biosphere Process.

Stage Four: The Biosphere Flakes are converted into 1000 (degree) C, 1800 (degree) C flux using aBiosphere Venturi 5. The process is designated to produce an inert ash which is then recycled into aconcrete products for the building industry, thus ensuring up a 100% recycling of all MSW handledthrough the Biosphere Process completely replacing traditional land filling as a method of waste disposal.

Stage Five: The 1000(degree) C to 1800 (degree) C flux produced in stage four is used to power a 6MW generating electricity.8

THE FEEDSTOCK

The Biosphere Process uses wastes as its fuel, harnessing its calorific value (combustibility or ability

to burn), to create the heat for the process.

Waste in itself is an environmental problem that continues to increase as populations grow. Which in all

cases it costs municipalities and waste management companies money to get rid of . This is usually put

into landfills, which is not satisfactory solution. With the Biosphere process, this problem is virtually

eliminated. In fact most councils and waste companies would be willing to pay a fee to dispose of the

waste via the Biosphere process if it were to be less than they are presently paying. So, the feedstock

is basically free or a potential source of income.

The Biosphere Process, safely, efficiently and under minimal oxygen conditions, gasifies traditional, non-

traditional by-products and/or fossil fuels, into electricity and other beneficial by-products.

The Process assists in solving the global warming problem by converting disposable materials such as:

•  Municipal Solid Waste

•  Automotive and Truck Tires

•  Petroleum and Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Waste

•  Agricultural Surpluses, animal waste or animal Parts Wastes and Affluent Industrial Waste

•  Sour or Wet Natural Gas without refining

•  Soil - contaminated Waste

•  Land Fill Reclamation

•  Traditional Fossil Fuels, including sulfur contaminated coal and untreated Shale Oil

•  Petroleum drilling waste such as oil contaminated Top Soil, drill cutting and oil-contaminated

How is Waste Handled?

The incoming waste is weighed in and then deposited on the tipping floor from any of the trucks currently

in use that pick-up and or transfer MSW. No tedious sorting or handling is needed. The Only separationthat is required will be oversize pieces that won’t fit into the shredder, heavy metals like engines that mayslow down the shredder or items that need special pre-processing, Such as refrigerators, freezers and ACunits that need the Freon removed. Hazardous waste and medical waste are handled separately and not co-mingled with the normal waste. The system is designed to process waste as quickly as possible. Duringdelivery hours the waste is delivered faster than it can be gasified. Part of the waste is stored forprocessing at night and on weekends and holidays. Any oversized material is shredded and then conveyedto storage. The waste is completely cycled every day. Should unscheduled shutdowns occur, the wastereceived from the municipality goes into storage area which is designed to handle normal surges andcontinue accepting the waste.

What is the Quality of the Different Types of Garbage?

Tires and plastic are petroleum based producers hence will create a high temperature per weight. But theBiosphere was designed to turn all waste into energy regardless of the compounds. Also, there is noadditional equipment needed to consume the different types of waste.

What can the By-Products of Gasification be Used for?

Modern pozzolanic cements are a mix of natural or industrial pozzolans and Portland cement. Inadditional to underwater use, the pozzolana’s high alkalinity makes it especially resistant to commonforms of corrosion from sulphates. Once fully hardened, the Portland cement-pozzolana blend maybestronger that Portland cement due to its lower porosity, which also makes it more resistant to waterabsorption and spalling.

Site Location: The Three Factors that need to be taken into Account in the Site Location are

Proximity to a sustainable waste supply Proximity to a suitable water supply. This could be a river, lake, dam or sewerage treatment plant or the sea; Proximity to a suitable power grid

Area Required for each Biosphere Facility

A 6 TO 9 MW per hour plant requires 15,000 square feet as an area for the facility, double that foradministrative activities. This size of Biosphere Facility requires 172 tons of Municipal Solid Waste perday. A 30 to 45 MW per hour Biosphere Plant requires 45 000 square feet, double that for administrativeactivities and will consume 1200 tons of MSW per day.

Carbon Credit Trading

This is the new trading phenomenon that is startingto take off. As more companies are forced tocompensate for their carbon footprints, the greaterthe demand is going to be to buy carbon credits(CC). The emissions trading schemes set up amarket that will put a value on carbon emissions. ITwill encourage companies that cut their greenhousegas emissions and make more expensive forcompanies who don’t.

The Biosphere Process is a carbon negative, meaning that it generates a large amount of Carbon Credits

that can be traded to earn substantial incomes in the coming years. This is because conventional coal, gas,and other fossils fuel electricity generation produces 60% of the CO2 emissions. Carbon Credits areactively trading and the prices of 1 ton of Carbon Credits has risen from $6 to over $35 this year alone.

Environmental Acceptability

The Biosphere Process passes the newest EPA regulations, including the batneec guidance note for thewaste sector (revision 1-May 1996), the? Council Directive on 8 June 1989.

About Financial Statement Forecasting - Forecasting financial statements is a process that involvesmultiple steps to arrive at forecasted balance sheets, income statements, and expense and budget statements used bymanagement and department heads for decision-making. One-year forecasts are likely to be more accurate than five-year forecasts because more actual information is likely to be known by each department. However, having long-term financial forecast assists upper management in planning future building, equipment and personnel needs. Long-term forecasts are subject to revisions when actual information becomes known. Individual line items are forecastand then totals are brought together.

Known Financial Changes  - Upper management is aware of production contracts they have won that will

begin production in the next year or two. They may also be aware of production contracts that will probably be

awarded to the company in the future. These contracts have agreed upon pricing for production as well as estimated

quantities. This knowledge can be used to forecast future personnel needs, which will help in forecasting labor costs.

The knowledge of future production is also used to estimate equipment purchases, asset totals and depreciation

expense. Utilities, property owners, state and township governments may make companies aware of future cost

increases for their services. These actual known changes are used in the financial forecasting process.

Budget Requests - Budget planning forms are sent to various company departments of T.G.E.G so those areas

can let upper management know of their future needs and wants. Again, some of the increases will be based on

known future production changes. Some estimated costs are based on planned equipment changes due to

obsolescence, software changes or personnel changes. Some requests on budget forecast include department wish

lists. Upper management will review and modify these budget plans and use approved department budgets in the

financial forecasting process.

Inflation Estimates - Specific expense items and income sources that cannot be estimated from known sources

or factors are usually estimated using projected inflation numbers. For example, each expense may be increased by

three percent for each year of the forecast. Once individual items are forecasted, totals can be calculated, and

plugged into financial statements to create forecasted balance sheets and income statements.
