“There is a natural order, the way things are meant to be, an order that says that the good guys always win, that you die when its your time or you have it coming, that the ending is always happy, if only for someone else. Now at some point it became clear to us that our path had been chosen and we had nothing to offer the world. Our options narrowing down to petty crime or minimum wage. So we stepped off the path and went looking for the fortune that we knew was looking for us. Once off the path you do what you can to eat, to keep moving. You don’t blow your ghost of a chance on nickle and dimes. No possessions, no comforts, need is the ultimate monkey. If you keep your life simple you can literally self sustain.” --Way of the Gun

5 And these lesser men Man did cast into the void. And some were burned; and some were put apart from their kind.
6 And Man became the God that he had created and with his miracles did rule over all the earth.
7 But as these things did come to pass, the Spirit that did cause man to create his God lived on within all men: even within Aqualung.
8 And man saw it not.9 But for Christ’s sake he’d better
start looking.
In the beginning Man created God; and in the image of Man created he him.
2 And Man gave unto God a multitude of names, that he might be Lord over all the earth whenit was suited to Man.
3 And on the seven millionth day Man rested and did lean heavily on his God and saw that it was good.
4 And man formed Aqualung of the dust of the ground, and a host of others likened unto his kind.

This year’s fa ll p la y w as the f ir s t a t PCDSfor the new dram a teacher, Ms. Keller. For h erfirs t p la y a t our school, Ms. Keller chose Lysistrata^ an ancient Greek p la y by Aristophanes, and gave it a decidedly more contemporary flavor. Ms. Keller took the p la y ’s them e about women banding together to stop their husbands from going to w ar in ancient Greece and p laced it in 19S0’s America, against the backdrop o f the Korean War. The rest is h is to ry . . .
