BrightPay Connect is an optional add-on offering payroll bureaus significant online benefits to enhance their payroll services, automate client communication, get client approval electronically and increase profits.

Bureau & Client DashboardAccess an online multi-company platform which shows an overview of clients’ payroll information in one place.

Automatic Cloud BackupAutomatically backup a payroll file every 15 minutes when open and again when the payroll file is closed down. A chronological history of backups are maintained which can be restored at any time.

Client Payroll EntrySecurely sends payroll entry requests to clients. Clients can enter payments, additions and deductions and add new starters. This information will seamlessly flow through to the bureau’s portal, ready to sync back to the client’s file on the payroll software.

Client Payroll ApprovalSecurely sends clients a payroll preview before the payroll is finalised. Clients can review and approve the payroll. Your client is accountable for ensuring that the payroll information is 100% correct before the payroll is finalised.

Payroll Audit TrailThe audit trail records client correspondence such as payroll files that have been approved and submitted by the client. View outstanding requests, files awaiting approval, completed approvals and files ready to be downloaded to the BrightPay employer file.

Employee Self-Service AppEmployees can download the payroll app using their smartphone or tablet which can be downloaded for free on any Android or iOS device. Employees can access GDPR compliant self-service tools, view and download payslips and request leave on the go.

Leave Management ToolEmployees can request annual leave and view all leave taken and leave remaining. Employers will receive automated notifications of leave requests. Approved annual leave will be automatically added to the employee calendar and synchronised to the payroll software.
