It is a Paypal Account meant for personal use, with this type of Paypal Account, you can send money to almostanyone with an email address. You can send and receive some types of payments with no fees, and pay low fees for

others.

It is recommended for individuals who shop and pay online, or wish to send or receive personal payments for sharedexpenses such as splitting of dinner bills or rental charges.

We don't recommend that sellers open a Personal Account to receive online payments, as the transaction fees arehigher and you will also have some issues with withdrawing your Paypal funds.
