How Does PayTrak Protect work?The rates for the pooled plan have been negotiated and will be administered by PayTrak Payroll ServicesAll initial client set-up will be completed through PayTrak Payroll Services. PayTrak has defined three levels of offerings for clients, Gold, Silver and BronzeThe Employer contribution can be defined between 50-100%All premiums will be collected from both the employer and the employee at the defined percentages through the standard payroll processPayTrak will make the payments to the end providerPayTrak will co-ordinate review of all premiums for adjustment on Dec. 1On-going employer support will be provided by PayTrak, employee support will be provided through Greenshield.

How Does PayTrak Protect work?Pricing is pre-set and non-negotiableThe client will select their level from the three offeringsPayTrak will send the contract and sign up forms to the clientThe client will return the contract to PayTrak PayTrak will send the client the employee information formsPayTrak will enroll the client and its members directly with the provider and the provider in turn will inform the employees how to create usernames and passwords.
