Buttonhole Border
With RS facing and 274mm needles,
K5 from holder inc 2 sts evenly (7 sts).
Starting with a 2nd row, work in rib
as for Button Border with the
addition of 3 (4, 4, 4, 4) buttonholes
to correspond button positions on
Button Border.
To make a buttonhole: (RS), rib 3, yrn,
P2tog, rib to end.
Neatly stitch Button Border to base
of opening on WS.
Sew on buttons.
