Residential Preference ProgramTo get RPP Certified, you must be:

City of Milwaukee Resident

AND

Been laid off for more than 30 days

OR

Have worked less than 1,200 hours in the last 12 months

OR

Be underemployed

Residential Preference ProgramWRTP/BIG STEP staffs notary publics to provide certifications for the Residential Preference Program (RPP).
