For the celebration dinner of Watches of Switzerland’s Patek Philippe customers held at their

flagship 155 Regent Street store, Stones Events were proud to be the caterers for the elite VIP

dinner,whichwasorganisedbyCollectiveMinds.

Mirrored walls and black cloth fabrics formed the elaborate structure of the venue at 155 Regent

Street in London; demonstrating a high class event for a high-end label. As guests arrived in the

early hours of the evening, Stones Events circulated delicious hot and cold canapés, including

lobster thermidorbeignets with saffron aioli, and ‘rabbit loin, pancetta, leeks, popcorn. These

were served with Louis RoedererBrut Champagne and a variety of fresh drinks including our

‘Royal Swiss’ and ‘Gold Dust’ cocktails.

Upon the guests’ arrival and throughout the course of the dinner, the string act methodically

played their harmonising music to set the classy feel of the event, which was shortly followed by

the vocal harmony group for all the guests to enjoy in the relaxing, soothing atmosphere. As the

guests arrived, the dry ice flowed along the centre of the table, out of the floral display adding the

wow factor to a charming evening ahead.

The tables were intricately set with prestigious cutlery, crockery and glassware; presenting a

sophisticated style along the decorative tables. Prior to the dinner, the Stones Events staffing

team delicately placed personalised gold edible place cards to sit on top of the glassware as an

impressive touch before the meal.

The dinner included our popular duo of venison, seared loin, braised haunch tortellini, butternut

squash and carrot main course, which was a highly popular dish that all the guests enjoyed. As

the evening continued into the night, all the guests were delighted with the service throughout

and the overall atmosphere of the event; another wonderful occasion Stones Events and

Collective Minds were proud to organise forWatches of Switzerland. Please see the beautiful

Louis Roederer Brut Premier

Brut Premier non-vintage is the embodiment of Louis Roederer style,

combining all the fruitiness and freshness of youth with the vinosity of a fully

mature wine. This is a structured and elegantly mature wine, with a lively attack

and a smooth palate.

COCKTAILS

Royal Swiss - Raspberries, ginger, raspberry liquor, champagne

Gold Dust - Goldschlager, apple liqueur, apple juice, maple syrup, lemon

Mocktail - Zagato - Fresh Basil, Homemade Balsamic Syrup, Citrus, Brown

WINE

M.Chapoutier Châteauneuf-du-Pape, La Bernadine

Deep purple in colour. Complex and subtle, blackcurrant, plum, followed by

roasted coffee, cinnamon, cherry, morello cherry and liquorice aromas. Spice,

liquorice, and black fruit flavours.

Domaine Chanson Pouilly-Fuissé

Pale yellow colour. White flower fragrances mixed with pale fleshed fruit and

honey with a delicate vanilla note. The body is dense and well-structured with

delicate mineralityand well-balanced acidity. Long and refreshing finish.

DESSERT WINE

M.Chapoutier Muscat de Beaumesde Venise

Golden yellow in colour. Powerful, rich and elegant, with aromas of candied

fruits and flowers. Well-balanced, with great length and steady aromatic

persistency and without excessive sweetness.
