Battersea Exchange sits within the Nine Elms regeneration
area, focused around Battersea Power Station, one of
London’s most iconic landmarks. Nine Elms is set to be an
animated cultural district on London’s South Bank. It’s home
to two new tube stations, 20,000 new homes, 6.5 million sq ft
of commercial space, the new American and Dutch embassies,
and the expanded New Covent Garden Market. An assembly
of shops, restaurants and arts venues completes the picture.
Nine Elms is a 42-acre, £15 billion project. Arguably, the most
ambitious, transformative regeneration seen in the capital
for decades, and it’s well underway, with completion
expected in the next ten years.

Battersea Exchange is bringing positive change to the
area, helping to create a sustainable future for everyone
living in this vital part of central London. The mixed-use
