PAT is a personality test developed in Scandinavia. and
have since the middle of the 1980s been used in 11 European
countries.
The test results emphasise the individuals traits, attitudes
and interests, and on the basis of this the workrelated
behaviour and social interaction are assessed.
The test is standardised and modified for scandinavian conditions,and well-tried in practice in both recruitment and personal
development. The PAT-test is also frequently used internationally.
ETHICSWicklund-Hansen InternationalAS complies with the ethical recommendations laid
down by the Swedish Society of Psychologists and the Foundation for Applied
Psychology (International Test Commission (ITC) Guidelines on Test Use, 2000).
ASSESSMENTOFTHETESTRESULTSThe test results are assessed byauthorised evaluators from Wicklund-Hansen International AS
or specifically trained and certified test-users. The results are always assessed in relation to the
work assignments being performed and dependent upon the aim of the analysis.
Please note that the test results are one of many sources of information at a personal assessment;
they are not intended to be used as the only decision data.
FEEDBACKAs a test person you are entitled to receive feedback on your test results. This is mostly supplied
by the one commissioning you to take the test - ie,ourclient. In some cases it is provided by a
consultant from Wicklund-Hansen International as.
At the feedback you have the opportunity of asking questions and expressing your opinions
on the test results.
HANDLINGOFTHETESTRESULTSThe results will be treated in strict confidence, and released to the applicant and the client only. The
test results will be kept in safe custody for a limited period of time.
