This presentation includes estimates of potash potential in the Holbrook basin of east-central Arizona. These estimates are not mineral
resources or mineral reserves as defined by NI43-101. These estimates were based on a historical survey completed by the Arizona
Geological Survey. The potential quantity and grade or the potash is conceptual in nature, and is based on analysis of drill data and
assays from Arkla and Duval completed in the 1960s and 1970s. There has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource
and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource.
Timelines used in this presentation are for the purpose of aiding management in the planning and implementation of the project, and
are not based on a detailed assessment of project requirements. Consequently the timelines are subject to material revision based on
when technical reports and/or feasibility studies, if any, are completed. Future phases of the project are contingent upon completion
of preceding phases.
Nothing in this presentation should be construed as either an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy or sell shares in any
jurisdiction.

Functions of Potash
Potash is often referred to as the quality nutrient because it helps plants develop
strong root systems and retain water, contributing to higher yields and greaterresistance to drought, disease and insects. It also improves the taste and nutritionalvalue of food, and, in animals, helps growth, maintenance and milk production.

POTENTIALSRK Consulting has estimated a potashexploration potential on Passports lands, based on current drill hole data, rangingbetween 290 to 315 million metric tonnesK2O (460 to 500 million metric tonnes KCl)using a grade of 2% K2O as a threshold ofmineralization. *
HOLDINGSPassport has significant holdings within theHolbrook Basin, with current holdingstotaling more than 140squaremiles andincluding42squaremiles of private land.
EXPLORATIONSince 200930 new drill holes have beencompleted on Passports holdings. The datafrom this new drilling, together with the 100line miles of 2D seismic survey which havebeen completed, will be included in aNI43-101 Resource Report which will alsoinclude data from over 100 historic holesthat were drilled on Passports holdings bythe Arkla and Duval companies in the1960s and 1970s.
COMPETITIONThe Holbrook Basin represents the onlymajor potash project in the U.S.not indirect competition with the oil and gasindustry.
MININGPassport is evaluating its mining options todetermine whethersolution mining or
underground mining would be the mostviable form of mining. Year-round miningis possible due to the favorable climate.
JURISDICTIONArizona is a mining friendly state and oneof the top mining states in the U.S.
