ADITZAK / VERBS To change a verb from active into passive form we identify the tense of the verb.Then we write the equivalent tense of the verb “to be” and we finish by adding as the last element the past participle of the verb we want to use, Examples: They see they are seen Pres.Simp. Pres.Simp. Verb ”to be” + past participle verb “to see” I needed I was needed Past Simp. Past Simp. Verb “to be” + past participle of verb “to need” You will stop You will be stopped Fut.Simple Fut.Simp. verb “tobe” + past participle verb “to stop” 2. ESALDIAK / SENTENCES To change a whole sentence we must follow the following steps: 1) identify the subject , verb and object 2) Move the object to the first position (and the subject to the third position preceded by the preposition “ by”, only if the information it gives us is really essential) 3) Change the verb from the active into the passive form,following the procedure above (1) Examples: 1) The students cleaned the blackboard Subject Verb (Past simple) object 2) The blackboard .................... by the students Passive subject agent

    2. ESALDIAK / SENTENCES

    To change a whole sentence we must follow the following steps:

    1) identify the subject, verb and object 2) Move the object to the first position (and the subject to the third

    position preceded by the preposition by, only if the information it gives us is really essential)

    3) Change the verb from the active into the passive form,following the procedure above (1)
