Passions 2014

The most awaited writing challenge is back !

Nine successfully published stories and many in pipeline for 2014 … we are very excited to commence the season 4 of Passions- Aspiring Author Auditions!

This year we are expanding our Passions contest into two categories.

If you believe that you breathe romance and you can make our readers enter a scintillating world where your characters fall in love, then you could be the next Mills & Boon author.

If you like writing general fiction, whether it be a drama or a thriller or a comedy, and believe that you can etch memorable characters who can grip readers imaginations, you could be the next Harlequin author.

All you need to do is submit 100 words synopsis + first 3 chapters of not more than 5000 words + 500 words of plot outline (for the general fiction category only) of your original story to us via online submission between 1st Dec 2013 and 25th Jan 2014.

The winners of this completion will receive some fantastic prizes including a publication opportunity by Mills & Boon or Harlequin and editorial guidance to get the best out of you.

Shobhaa De, noted author and columnist, who will judge the general fiction
