We select the best materials on the basis of the specific features of any project and we use natural elements exclusively – marble, quartz, granite and porphyry – mixed with its specific powder, high-strength cement and the best oxides pigments on the market.

An entirely handmade product, designed by using the uniqueness of a raw material as cement, thus creating new aesthetic opportuni-ties. Each washbasin is the result of our research into the innovative use of cement, which guarantees lightness and a cement mortar that allows any colouring, even of small and delicate components such as the drain, which can be offered with the same colour as the washbasin.

AvvertenzeToni e colori. Tutti i prodotti possono essere sog-getti a variazioni cromatiche, anche all’interno dello stesso lotto produttivo e ciò in funzione del fatto che i nostri prodotti sono costituiti da materie prime naturali, cementi ed ossidi per i quali è normale una variazione di tonalità; eventuali differenze di colore non sono da considerarsi difetti bensì peculiarità dei prodotti stessi.Aspetto e spessore. Il grado di sabbiatura o le-vigatura e ogni altra lavorazione del materiale pos-sono non essere identici tra i diversi prodotti anche all’interno dello stesso lotto produttivo. Ogni singo-lo prodotto è soggetto ad una tolleranza del 5% sotto la misura nominale del metro e del 3% per le misure uguali o superiori alla misura nominale del Metro.Esposizioni/Campioni. I materiali da esposizio-ne e campionatura hanno lo scopo di fornire una visione orientativa del prodotto e non sono vinco-lanti dal punto di vista estetico rispetto al materiale consegnato. Il trascorrere del tempo, le condizioni atmosferiche e la variabilità delle materie prime possono variare l’aspetto del prodotto esposto e renderlo diverso rispetto ad una nuova produzione. Immagini. Le immagini e le fotografie presenti su cataloghi, listini e pubblicità hanno lo scopo di fornire una visione orientativa del prodotto. I colori e le lavorazioni dei materiali rappresentati devono essere considerati come indicazioni generali e ap-prossimative del prodotto e non vincolanti rispetto al materiale consegnato. Il colore dei prodotti raf-figurati nelle immagini contenute su catalogo po-trebbe sembrare differente dal prodotto contenuto nei bancali o nelle scatole a causa della luce e delle condizioni atmosferiche del contesto in cui sono state scattate. Vale per tutte le immagini presenti nel catalogo.Efflorescenza. Tutti i prodotti in pietra ricostruita a base cemento possono presentare il fenomeno dell’efflorescenza di superficie dovuto alla ricristal-lizzazione di sali solubili. Si manifesta come pati-na biancastra sulla superficie del prodotto e può attenuare in alcuni punti il colore del prodotto. Il fenomeno, se presente, diventa maggiormente evi-dente quando la superficie si asciuga in quanto il Carbonato di Calcio presenta una bassa solubilità in acqua. Questo fenomeno naturale è assolutamente indipendente dalla nostra volontà. L’efflorescenza non compromette in alcun modo le caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto né la sua destinazione e ten-de a ridursi e scomparire nel tempo. L’efflorescen-

za non è automaticamente originata dal prodotto, ma potrebbe derivare da altri elementi a contatto con essa: il prodotto potrebbe essere soltanto un “veicolo” dei Sali che originano il fenomeno e che migrano dal sottofondo alla superficie del prodotto. In alcuni casi, se l’inestetismo persiste, in presenza di situazioni estreme di umidità e trascorso almeno un anno dalla posa si può intervenire con prodotti di pulizia che aiutano a eliminare l’efflorescenza, ma che non garantiscono la non ricomparsa del proble-ma se esso è intrinseco nell’ambiente a seguito di umidità o infiltrazioni. In ogni caso prima di proce-dere è indispensabile effettuare un test sul prodotto per verificarne l’esito. Umidità. Si consiglia di non lasciare il materiale immagazzinato in esterno in presenza di imballo aperto o danneggiato in quanto il ristagno di ac-que piovane acide e calcaree potrebbe intaccare la superficie generando macchie di non facile aspor-tazione. Manutenzione e Pulizia. Per la manutenzione ordinaria usare acqua pulita ed eventualmente un sapone neutro. Non utilizzare solventi ed evitare l’uso di idropulitrici troppo potenti sui prodotti dato che un impiego aggressivo potrebbe intaccare e ro-vinare la superficie dei materiali. È assolutamente da evitare l’utilizzo di Sali antighiaccio e prodotti a base solvente o acidi su tutti i prodotti.Pulizia Interni. Nel caso si macchi il prodotto è necessario rimuovere immediatamente la macchia per impedire che la sostanza caduta penetri nel pro-dotto stesso. Per ambienti particolarmente soggetti a macchie quali cucine, bagni o locali quali risto-ranti, è consigliabile effettuare appositi trattamenti, dopo la posa e prima di entrare nei locali, per imper-meabilizzare e proteggere il prodotto. Altre Avvertenze. Carobbio si riserva il diritto di modificare le materie prime e le tecniche produttive al fine del miglioramento del prodotto ed in situa-zioni di impossibilità a reperire le medesime, senza alcun obbligo di avvisare il cliente nel momento in cui il prodotto non venga esteticamente stravolto e risponda alla normativa vigente.

Ogni acquisto di materiale presso Carobbio compor-ta l’accettazione integrale, da parte del compratore, delle condizioni generali di vendita indicate sul listi-no in vigore. Eventuali reclami dovranno essere confermati per lettera entro otto giorni dalla data di ricevimento del materiale. L’acquirente ha l’obbligo di verifica-

re qualità e quantità della merce al momento della consegna: eventuali difetti del prodotto vanno co-municati al fornitore comunque prima della posa. Il fornitore provvederà a sostituire i pezzi difettosi ma non potrà essere chiamato a rispondere di eventuali costi di manodopera per la rimozione e sostituzione dei pezzi o altri addebiti.Il prodotto posato si ritiene accettato: eventuali segnalazioni post-posa non potranno essere prese in considerazione dato che se vi era difetto visibi-le esso era da riscontare e comunicare prima della posa; eventuali difetti visibili riscontrati successiva-mente alla posa non possono essere ricondotti al produttore, ma derivano da un utilizzo non idoneo del prodotto o da eventi causati ad opera di terzi che sono intervenuti nella movimentazione dei pro-dotti. Carobbio non potrà essere responsabile per danni arrecati da parte di terzi a seguito di lavora-zioni post-posa. È responsabilità del cliente comuni-care queste circostanze a tutte le figure che avranno a che fare con il materiale acquistato.È compito e responsabilità del cliente verificare l’i-doneità dei prodotti per gli usi e per gli scopi che si prefigge.Le istruttorie di sinistro verranno vagliate ed even-tualmente accettate alle seguenti condizioni:- Copia della fattura di acquisto o documento equi-pollente in formato PDF- Articolo, Modello e Numero dei prodotti difettosi- Dichiarazione della Tipologia di difetto o malfun-zionamento evidenziato- 4 Fotografie: nella situazione di posa od instal-lazione nativa che inquadri almeno 4 angolazioni rappresentative della parte ove insiste il vizio o vizi.

N.B. I tentativi di riparazione effettuati da personale non autorizzato o in genere da quant’altro dimo-stri un utilizzo inadeguato ne comporta la perdita di garanzia. Inoltre, risulta necessario effettuare la rimozione solo dopo aver documentato e ricevuto l’autorizzazione di reso da parte di Carobbio Srl.

Entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento della segnalazione verrà inviata una comunicazione di Carobbio Srl, se richiesta correttamente, la garanzia diviene operati-va ed il cliente finale avrà 30 giorni di tempo per re-stituire il prodotto a sue spese all’indirizzo indicato per questa procedura.

Please NoteTone and Colour. All products may be subject to colour variations, even within the same production batch, depending on the fact that our products are made of natural raw materials, cements and oxi-des for which a colour variation is normal; any colour differences are not to be considered as defects but as characteristic of the products themselves.Appearance and Density. The degree of sandblasting or honing and any other processing of the material may not be identical betwe-en the different products even within the same production batch. Each individual product is subject to a tolerance of 5% under the nominal size of a meter and 3% for measures equal to or greater than the nominal size of a meter.Exhibitions/Samples. The exhibition and sampling materials are intended to provide an approximate overview of the product and are not bound from an aesthetic point of view with respect to the mate-rial delivered. The passage of time, weather conditions and the varia-bility of the raw materials can change the appearance of the product displayed and make it different from a new production.Images. The images and photographs in catalogues, price lists and advertisements are intended to provide an approximate overview of the product. The colours and workmanship of the materials repre-sented must be considered as general and approximate indications of the product and are not binding with respect to the material deli-vered. The colour of the products shown in the images contained in the catalogue may seem different from the product contained on the pallets or in boxes due to the light and atmospheric conditions of the context in which the images were taken. This applies to all images in the catalogue.Efflorescence. All cement based reconstructed stone products may show the presence of surface efflorescence due to the recrystallisa-tion of soluble salts. It manifests itself as a whitish patina on the surface of the product and may in some places reduce the colour of the product. If present, this becomes more evident when the surface dries because calcium carbonate has low solubility in water. This is a natural occurrence that is entirely beyond our control. Efflorescen-ce does not in any way compromise the technical characteristics of the product or its intended use and tends to diminish and disappear over time. Efflorescence does not automatically originate from the product, but may derive from other elements in contact with it: the product may be merely a “vehicle” for the salts that are the source of the phenomenon and that migrate from the substrate to the surface of the product. If the blemish persists, under extreme conditions of humidity and at least one year after installation, cleaning products can be used in certain cases which help to eliminate efflorescence but do not guarantee that the problem will not reappear if it is intrinsic to the environment as a result of humidity or infiltration. In any case, before proceeding, it is essential to carry out a test on the product to verify results.Humidity. It is recommended that you do not leave the material stored outside in open or damaged packaging as the accumulation of acidic and calcareous rainwater may affect the surface and cause stains that are not easy to remove.Maintenance and Cleaning. For routine maintenance, use clean water and, if necessary, a neutral soap. Do not use solvents and avoid the use of high-pressure cleaners that are too powerful on the pro-ducts, as aggressive use could damage and ruin the surface of the materials. The use of de-icing salts and solvent-based or acid-based solutions on all products must be avoided.Internal Cleaning. If the product is stained, the stain must be re-moved immediately to prevent the spilled substance from entering the product. For areas particularly subject to stains such as kitchens, bathrooms or places such as restaurants, it is advisable to carry out special treatments, after installation and before entering the premi-ses, to waterproof and protect the product.Further Remarks. Carobbio reserves the right to modify the raw materials and production techniques in order to improve the product and in situations where it is not possible to obtain such materials, without any obligation to notify the customer as long as the product is not aesthetically altered and complies with current legislation.

Every purchase of material from Carobbio implies the full acceptance, on behalf of the customer, of the general conditions of sale indicated on the current price list. Any complaints must be upheld by letter within eight days from the date of receipt of the material. The purchaser must check the quali-ty and quantity of the goods at the time of delivery: any defects in the product must be reported to the supplier before installation. The

supplier will replace the defective parts but cannot be held liable for any labour costs for the removal and replacement of the parts or other charges.The installed product shall be considered as duly accepted: any post-installation reports shall not be taken into consideration since if there was a visible defect it should have been detected and reported prior to installation; any visible defects found after installation cannot be traced back to the manufacturer, but result from an unsuitable use of the product or events caused by third parties who have intervened in the handling of the products. Carobbio cannot be held responsible for damages caused by third parties as a result of post-installation work. It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate this information to all persons who will be dealing with the material pur-chased.It is the customer’s task and responsibility to verify the suitability of the products for the uses and purposes for which they are intended.Claims will be examined and eventually accepted under the following conditions:- Copy of the purchase invoice or equivalent document in PDF format- Article, Model and Number of defective products- Declaration of the Type of defect or malfunction highlighted- 4 Photographs: in the original position of application or installation with at least 4 angles of the part where the defect(s) persist(s).N.B. Any attempt at repairing made by unauthorised personnel or by any other person in general demonstrating improper use will result in loss of warranty. Moreover, the removal of the product is only required after having documented and received the authorisation of return by Carobbio Srl.A communication from Carobbio Srl will be sent within 10 days of receipt of the report, if correctly requested, and the warranty will take effect and the end customer will have 30 days to return the product at their own expense to the address indicated for this procedure.

Die Farben und die Verarbeitung der abgebildeten Materialien sind als allgemeine und ungefähre Angaben zum Produkt zu betrachten und in Bezug auf das gelieferte Material nicht verbindlich. Die Farbe der auf den Abbildungen im Katalog gezeigten Produkte kann sich aufgrund der Licht- und Wetterbedingungen des Umfeldes, in dem sie aufgenommen wurden, von dem in den Paletten oder Kartons enthaltenen Produkt unterscheiden. Dies gilt für alle Abbildungen im Katalog.Ausblühungen. Alle zementbasierten Kunststeinprodukte können das Phänomen der Ausblühung durch Rekristallisation von löslic-hen Salzen aufweisen. Ausblühungen entstehen nicht automatisch durch das Produkt, sondern könnten sich aus anderen Elementen ergeben, die mit ihm in Berührung kommen: Das Produkt könnte nur ein “Träger” der Salze sein, die das Phänomen verursa-chen und vom Untergrund zur Oberfläche des Produkts wandern. In

einigen Fällen, wenn der Fehler bei extremer Luftfeuchtigkeit und mindestens ein Jahr nach der Verlegung weiterhin besteht, können Reinigungsprodukte verwendet werden, um den Ausblühungen ent-gegenzuwirken. Dies garantiert jedoch nicht, dass das Problem nicht wieder auftritt, wenn es durch Feuchtigkeit oder Infiltration umwelt-bedingt ist. Auf jeden Fall ist es unerlässlich, vor dem Fortfahren einen Test des Produkts durchzuführen, um das Ergebnis zu überprüfen.Feuchtigkeit. Es besteht keine Verpflichtung, den Kunden zu informieren, solange das Produkt nicht ästhetisch stark abweicht und der gelten-den Gesetzgebung entspricht.Jeder Kauf von Material von Carobbio setzt voraus, dass der Käufer die allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen, die auf der gültigen Preisliste angegeben sind, vollständig akzeptiert.

Reklamationen müssen innerhalb von acht Tagen nach Erhalt des Materials schriftlich bestätigt werden. Der Käufer ist verpflichtet, die Qualität und Quantität der Ware zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung zu üb-erprüfen: Etwaige Mängel des Produkts sind dem Lieferanten vor dem Verlegen zu melden. Der Lieferant ersetzt die defekten Teile, ist aber nicht für die Arbeitskosten für den Ausbau und den Austausch der Teile oder andere Kosten zuständig.

Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Kunden, diese Umstände allen Per-sonen mitzuteilen, die mit dem eingekauften Material zu tun haben.Es ist Aufgabe und Verantwortung des Kunden, die Eignung der Pro-dukte für die Anwendungen und Zwecke, für die sie bestimmt sind, zu überprüfen.Die Unfalluntersuchung wird unter den folgenden Bedingungen üb-erprüft und gegebenenfalls akzeptiert:- Kopie der Rechnung oder eines gleichwertigen Dokuments im PDF-Format- Artikel, Modell und Anzahl der fehlerhaften Produkte- Erklärung der Art des aufgetretenen Mangels oder Fehlfunktion- 4 Fotografien: der frischen Verlegung oder Installation, mit minde-stens 4 Blickpunkten auf den fehlerhaften BereichANM. Versuche, Reparaturen durch nicht autorisiertes Personal dur-chzuführen oder eine unsachgemäße Verwendung führen zum Verlust der Garantie. Darüber hinaus ist es notwendig, die Entfernung erst nach Dokumentation und Erhalt der Rücksendegenehmigung durch Carobbio Srl durchzuführen.Innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach Erhalt der Beanstandung wird eine Mitteilung von Carobbio Srl gesendet, und, wenn ordnungsgemäß angefordert, wird die Garantie in Kraft gesetzt.
