This publication gives notice of: • Applications, decisions, hearings and other matters relating to applications for special authorization to operate taxis, limousines, other passenger directed vehicles, and inter-city buses. • Board decisions on appeals of administrative penalties imposed by the Registrar of Passenger Transportation • Various policy and information updates for the commercial passenger transportation industry. 2018 Extra Weekly Bulletins This extra Weekly Bulletin of notifies the public of applications the Board has received and the application decisions it has made. The Board is fast-tracking applications further to its streamlined process and policy respecting short term actions for taxi moderniziation, and its simplifed Inter-City Bus application process. We are publishing this extra edition of the Weekly Bulletin in response to high volumes of applications and status enquires about applications that have been received or decided by the Board. As needed, throughout the remainder of 2018, up to one extra edition of the Weekly Bulletin may be published per week, either on a Friday or a Monday.

The Weekly Bulletin is published online by the Passenger Transportation Board. This publication gives notice of:
• Applications, decisions, hearings and other matters relating to applications for special authorization to operate taxis, limousines, other passenger directed vehicles, and inter-city buses.
• Board decisions on appeals of administrative penalties imposed by the Registrar of Passenger Transportation
• Various policy and information updates for the commercial passenger transportation industry.

This extra Weekly Bulletin of notifies the public of applications the Board has received and the application decisions it has made. The Board is fast-tracking applications further to its

Festive Season TOPs for Taxis For the 2018 ‘festive season’, taxi companies in BC may apply for Festive Season Temporary Operating Permits (FSTOPs) and choose any time period from November 15, 2018 up to and including January 15, 2019. Peak Season TOPs for Limousine- Festive Season Peak Season Temporary Operating Permits (PS TOPs) enables limousine operators to meet cyclical demands or season demands when additional vehicles are needed on a temporary urgent basis.
