•Also known as “Soft Gold of Asia”, Pashmina is the finest quality wool in the

world. The wool is obtained from a Capra Hircus Goat found in the upper

mountainous terrains of Ladhak.

•Hand woven pashmina is softer, cozier and has a much longer life when

compared to machine woven pashmina

•As pashmina fabric ages, it becomes more softer and cozier and also attains a

more shiny appearance

•Dry-cleaning and hand wash using mild detergents are preferred methods to

wash pashmina

N.B: Better Quality wool, of whatever count, is “NOT” pashmina. So beware

of fake pashmina products floating around!!!!

Pashmina is the “Goat Wool” obtained from Capra Hircus goat

Better Quality Wool is the “Sheep Wool” obtained from sheep
