This beautiful space is located on thesecond �oor or our clubhouse and is aprivate function space that canaccommodate up to 180 guests in a sit-down event or up to 200 in cocktailstyle. The room is equipped with a projectorand PA system and bar. It also has a large balcony whichoverlooks our manicured golf course. PRIVATE FUNCTION ROOM

This area is large enough for up to 100guests, in cocktail style or 80 guests insit down style and has picturesque golfcourse views with access to a gardenarea. Exclusive use of the space is includedfor all parties with 50 or more guests. The area is equipped with an in-housePA system. Live music is allowed. Final numbers and full payments must be advisedand paid 10 days before your function/event.Surfers Paradise Golf Club reserves the right tocancel the function/event if payment is not madeten days in advance. Surfers Paradise Golf Club will only cater for the�nal con�rmed numbers advised by the client. Payments can be made by Cash, Eftpos, Mastercard or Visa only. Cheques will not be acceptedunless authorised by management. We do notaccept Amex, Diners or Travellers Cheques. Any incidental charges are to be paid for at theconclusion of the function/event and will includeany charges not authorised in the original contract

PAYM ENTS

The following "Terms and Conditions" applyto all function bookings at Surfers ParadiseGolf Club. Under the Surfers Paradise GolfClub policy, patrons are not permitted tobring alcohol or food onto the premises. This is a member-oriented facility; we needto consider all of our members and require afull function event order outlining the entirefunction/event requirements. All functions bookings require a refundabledeposit to secure your function date. SurfersParadise Golf Club reserves the right tocancel any reservation not held with adeposit. You must advise the club if your events an18th or 21st Birthday party. It is a condition todisclose this information upon booking andto pay additional fees for required securityguard hire and venue bond.

GENERAL I NFORM ATI ON

18th & 21st Birthday Parties - Bysigning the function contract youassure the Surfers Paradise Golf Club,that the event is by invitation onlyand not promoted or advertised onany social media site or network. All attendees must carry appropriate IDand produce the ID to security. Allminors attending must be dulytagged for easy identi�cation to staffon duty. Guests attending the function/eventmust conduct themselves in anorderly manner and comply with allreasonable direction from duty staff.Surfers Paradise Golf Club reservesthe right to remove any person/swhose behaviour is deemedobjectionable, improper or undesirable.If a guest attending a function/eventbecomes aware of a dangerous orbroken item, they should report thisimmediately to the staff members onduty. Any minors found to beconsuming alcohol will be removedfrom the premises, and the remainderof the function/event will be cancelledand not refunded.

SECURI TY AND CONDUCT

All deposits paid for functions will beforfeited if a function/event is cancelledwithin (1) month of the date of theirfunction/event. For cancellations withmore than (1) months notice a full refundwill be given. If the function/event is cancelled within(7) seven days of the function date,Surfers Paradise Golf Club will charge theclient 100% of the function cost. Should Surfers Paradise Golf Club beunable to comply with any of theprovisions in the this contract by virtue ofcessation or interruption of electric or gassupplies, industrial disputes, plantequipment failure, unavailability of fooditems or any other foreseen contingencyor accident, the Surfers Paradise Golf Clubreserves the right to cancel any bookingsor refunds any deposit without notice.

CANCELLATI ONS

LI QUOR ACT/SM OKI NG LAWS

The organiser of the function/eventwill be held responsible and charged,if applicable, for damages caused tothe Surfers Paradise Golf Clubproperty during the function/event, byattendees, delegates and guests. Anyproperty of the client or any otherperson brought into the SurfersParadise Golf Club shall be at theowner's risk, and the Surfers ParadiseGolf Club shall not be beheld liable forany loss or damage however this iscaused. This includes all items leftinside the club after thefunction/event.

All functions/events are to be held inaccordance with the liquor ACT 1992. The Surfers Paradise Golf Clubreserves the right to refused entry toany person. Our staff are trained andpractice Responsible Service ofAlcohol. The Surfers Paradise Golf Club holdsa Liquor License to midnight. The barcloses on all functions/events 30minutes before its trading license orat the discretion of Manger on duty. Under the Liquor Act 1992, allattendees will be required to sign inunless under the age of 18 although aresponsible adult must accompanythem at all times. As per the Queensland SmokingRegulations, under no circumstancesis any guest permitted to smokeinside the Surfers Paradise Golf Club.
