Robberies occurred on weekdays between time frame of 1345 and 1730.
SUSPECTS: On 4 occasions groups of black males aged between 13 and 20 have targeted victims to steal bags and phones.
No weapons used, seen or threatened.
A commercial robbery occurred where two suspects wore balaclavas and one wore a white mask and high-viz jacket.
ARRESTS: Three school age females were arrested for a robbery on a female school age victim.
Recommendation•Civil Enforcement Officers to prioritise patrols in this area between times shown. •Information to BTP Streatham Hill•Clapham Park Wardens to priorities patrols on Brixton Hill during times shown. •Park rangers to drive along Stratham High Road during these times when going from one park to another.

SNTs to inform residents not to leave property (including Sat Nav holders) on display or in glove compartments.

Main Area – Brixton Hill/Christchurch Road
Roads around junction of A205 and A23 12 offences in the highlighted area, Theft from MV (9).
Peak time periods was overnight (5) and the afternoon (3).
Main MO was to take items from vehicle by smashing a window (5).
Tools were taken from vans on two occasions. Two Sat Navs were taken (In another offence, the Sat Nav holder was on display, and this may generated the break in.

PARTNERSHIP ENFORCEMENT BUS
Friday the 18th and Saturday the 19th of December have been identified as days suitable for the Partnership Enforcement Bus
This will run from 10pm to 6am on both nights. The briefing will 10pm at Brixton Police Station. The activity will be managed by Sergeant Steve Strange
The intention is to staff the bus with 1 police driver, 2 uniformed police officers, police licensing officer, council licensing officer, 2 Street Care Enforcement Officers and 1 Council ASB Officer.
Last year there were a number of licensing and ASB issues in Clapham High Street in the run up to Christmas. So this will be a priority area.

SUBSTANCE MISUSESUBSTANCE MISUSEInformation relating to drugs for two week period 23/11/2009 and 06/12/2009 includes:
Endymion Road, Brixton Hill
Drug dealing outside the shops in ELM PARK seems to have been moved to ENDYMION ROAD near the junction with ELM PARK or towards CHERYL LAUREL WALK because they know there are no cameras in those areas. Previously it was believed CCTV was able to monitor them in Elm Park.

ASB Team to identify issues and consider deployment of mobile CCTV
Disused Church, Brockwell Park, Dulwich Road
Residents have complained that drugs are regularly being used in BROCKWELL PARK behind the disused church which is on DULWICH ROAD SE24. Some evidence of drugs use has been found at the location.
