• Learning Partner has provided student with the “Microsoft Certificate” voucher

Steps for Certificate redemption:

• Read instructions on “Steps to get your certificate”

• Click on “Get Microsoft Course Completion Certificate” button after completing course

• Sends you to Microsoft Achievements site (next page)

Microsoft Achievements Sign In/Up

Steps:

• If student has an existing Microsoft account e.g. LIVE Id, xxxxx@outlook.com, they can Sign In, else can follow standard Sign Up process

Steps:

• Accept the EULA (End User Licensing Agreement) terms for completing Sign Up

• The Same Microsoft Account would work for all future courses to link all courses and completion to the individual

Voucher Redemption process

Step 1:

• Redeem the Voucher code provided by the partner

• Follow steps to complete redemption

• Verify course details for Redemption for Certificate

Certificate Generation

Step 5:

• Complete a Legal Profile

• Provide Name for Certificate Generation

Note: This has to be done for the 1st Certificate to ensure Name is the learner’s Legal Name

• Students now can View, and Download their certificate.

• Feature to Share Certificate on Social will also be available

students can copy and paste the URL

Managers) don’t need to sign in to see this

page.
