Machine curing damages of diagonal and radial tires. Most minor injuries in radial and diagonal tires can be repaired in a short time. Enables repair of tire tread, side and shoulders as well as repair of inner tubes and valves. The machine assures stable temperature and vulcanization regulation time. Vulcanizing temperature of approx. 160 °C significantly reduce the time of vulcanization of tires.Power supply: 230V/50 Hz.

Available in two models: with manual pressure (Thermopress Standard) and pneumatic pressure (Thermopress Pneumatic).

Refrigerant dryers remove water content from compressed air to reach the required dew point. Relative air humidity, which amounts to 100% before drying, decreases only to 21% (°.75g H2O) after the refrigerant dryer (for dew point +3°C).Compressed air that flows into the dryer has a temperature of +3°C ÷ +45°C and is initially cooled, in air/air pre-cooler, down to +14°C ÷ +23°C. Subsequently, compressed air is cooled down in the main cooler to the required +3°C dew point.

Nitrogen generator enables recovery of the nitrogen from the air. The device is based on molecular filters that separate nitrogen from other gases. Compressed air passes through a triple filtration clearing the air from water, oils and other particulates. Then it passes through a molecular sieve filled with the coal. Acquired nitrogen is stored in a tank, while the oxygen and other gases are exhausted into the atmosphere.

28 RIM STRAIGHTENING MACHINES

Invento SW 700The INVENTO SW700 is dedicated to repair steel and aluminum wheel rims 10-24”. A wheel rim is repaired by means of a hydraulic piston and special working end caps, which are a part of the machine equipment. Repair operations are easy and take not more than few minutes. Working end caps allow to fix a damaged wheel rim in any place of its deformation. The wheel rim straightening machine is also equipped with a rim positioning head, several centering rings, various end caps, and sealing elements.
