Learnings
• NREGS must build upon the social capital generated through community mobilization under NRLM;
• SHGs/VO can play a pivotal role in identifying the individual beneficiaries;
• Focus on livelihoods of individual families based on judicious and optimization usage of natural resources.

trained BPT/Resource person • VO representative, CRP etc will act as key facilitator during
planning process.• Convergence with all department and insure their
participation during planning and implementation process.• VO- Nigrani samiti (sub committee) will monitor during
implementation and put their gram sabha.• Focus on livelihood – farm based livelihood
