• Clean fill, but…– Analytical testing for petroleum hydrocarbon

content, Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure, total lead content must prove no potential threat to human health or environment

– Sampling plan and analytical results must be submitted to Office of Waste Management for review & approval

• One for temporary storage prior to transport to landfill

Usage

• Keep containers closed except briefly while in use

• Use self-closing spigots & nozzles for dispensing fluids from bulk containers

• Place drip pans beneath hose/pipe connections

spills– Minimize transfers
