Part 3P r a s e ulfilment of prophecy is warfare. FThe weapon of our warfare is the instrument of praise. It is a divine

ordinance to get us over the battles of life. When you Praise God without ceasing, He steps into your matter.Our labour is nothing without the input of God. Harvest is a yield from an investment. God rewards. When we plant and water, He guarantees us a harvest (Galatians 6:7-10). Planting is not enough, watering guarantees the harvest (Proverbs 12:14).Praise triggers increase and is a weapon of harvest. It is a covenant manifestation to engage the hand of God in your life.

Every time we engage in praise, we turn the God of harvest on, and when the God of harvest is provoked, He provokes the earth to deliver our increase. The thanksgiving and praise of our mouth is the fruit.

Praise is a covenant platform to have an encounter with fresh oil (Psalm

92:10-11) (1 Samuel 26:7-11, 19, 23).A change of position requires divine energy. Fresh oil or new anointing empowers us for conquest; it causes us to flourish like a palm tree, and secures our destiny. New anointing is a symbol of unity.

WHY FRESH OIL?

GOD FAVOURED ME I joined this commission in 2013. I came to Abuja in 2016 and applied into five hospitals for my internship. One rejected me because I did not have my NYSC cer�ficate, another cal led me for interview but I never heard from them again. I am here to thank God for His favour, because I was called last week to resume my internship in a place where I never did interview. Hallelujah!Sis Ekwueme Dora

HOLY GHOST FIRE ARRESTED THE THIEFI joined this commission in 2016. I have a farm in my village. Things were not going on well there, so I was worried. A�er the Blood of Sprinkling service in September 2017, I took some and applied it on my farm prayerfully. I was in a seminar when it was revealed to me that someone was wai�ng for me at the farm; I went and found a man there. He couldn’t move nor speak; he had been arrested by the fire of God. A�er a while, he confessed to have been sent by the devil and he has been the one ravaging my farm.At last, he accepted Christ into his life and promised never to come near the farm again.Bro Samuel M. PHD SCHOLARSHIP GRANTED VIA KINGDOM SERVICEI joined this commission in 2012. In April 2017, I applied for PhD scholarship because I am a lecturer at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. When I took my proposal to the Head of my department to endorse, she told me nobody had go�en that kind of grant before but I told her I would get it this �me. A�er submi�ng the proposal, I prayed over it and forgot about it. I engaged in morning outreaches and kingdom advancement prayers. On 28th September, I received a mail sta�ng that I have been granted the scholarship which covers all the expenses of my field work in Nigeria and minimum six months research work abroad.Sis Ugwu Pa�ence Ngozi

D I V I N E P R E S E R V A T I O N A N D PROMOTIONI joined this commission in 2014. Yesterday, I went to a filling sta�on to collect money from a client and on ge�ng there, a vehicle reversed and unknowingly fell off the pump. Some vehicles hit one another and there was petrol everywhere but nothing happened to me. So, I have come to return all the glory to God for preserving me.Secondly, I want thank God for promo�ng my husband to the pos i�on of a coordinator a�er three months of joining the organiza�on.I also want to thank God for my business. I do mobile sales but some�mes I sell up to 20 dozens of slippers in less than two weeks. God has being the one behind, so I have come to thank Him.Sis A�naga Alice

On 26th of September, my brother called me that there was fire outbreak at the filling sta�on where he worked and everybody le� him there. DELIVERED FROM ACCIDENTI joined this commission in 2003 and God has been faithful since then. Last Saturday, I dreamt that I had an accident, but I prayed against it when I woke up. The following day, I boarded a motorcycle (Okada) from Church and on our way going, the brake failed but I came down unhurt.On Thursday again, my Lawyer called me to meet him in Court, so I boarded a motorcycle with my baby. On our way going, the Okada’s brake pulled off while it was on top speed, but the hand of God brought it to a stop. I want to thank God for taking control.Sis Lydia Rhoda

GOD RESTORED MY HEALTHI joined this commission in 2009. God has restored my spiritual life and rela�onship. Secondly, I engaged in a 3-day fas�ng and prayer last week; it was as if the devil wanted to strike but I refused to break the fast and a�er that I got my healing. Also, I fell seriously sick while at work yesterday. I told myself that it was the work of the devil because I have not been sick for the

I joined this commission in year 2000. I

want to thank God for delivering my

family from a siege of 15 years.

Secondly, my father and my only brother

who I had not seen for 11 years were re-

connected this year. My father went to

stay with my brother in the U.S and on

his return to Nigeria last Sunday, he went

missing. A�er searching for him and with

prayers from men of God, to the glory of

God, he was found within 24hours.

When he was found, he could not stand

or do anything, but I want to give God all

the glory for sparing his life

GOD HAS BLESSED ME WITH A UNITED

NATIONS’ JOB

I joined this commission in 2005. The

NGO where I used to work had problems

with funding and most of the staff

members was affected, so I have been

believing God for a new job for six

months. While wai�ng, I applied for

several jobs and also engaged in

kingdom advancement endeavours and

the God of Oyedepo showed up. I

applied for a job in July and the company

had a phone interv iew with me

a�erwards, I thought they would s�ll

invite for a one-on-one interview but

they never did. The next thing they did

was call me to send my cer�ficate, which

I did and on September 26, I was given

the job. I am so happy because God has

blessed me with a job in the United

Na�ons Organiza�on.

NEW HOUSE

I vowed that when I finish my tenure

successfully as the head teacher of

Kingdom Heritage Model School, I would

come out and tes�fy that only God has

done it. I am the first head teacher to

successfully finish his tenure in KHMS

Kubwa. During my tenure mighty works

were done there. Among other head

teachers that finished their tenure all

over the na�on, we are just two that

were called by our leadership into

special posts. I have been posted to the

secondary school arm, which is very rare.

I have just resumed at my new sta�on,

Faith Academy, Goshen with a brand

utmost surprise I was called to resume

the job with good salary and an

accommoda�on.

JESUS RESCUED ME

I joined this commission in February,

2017. Two days ago, I boarded a

motorcycle (okada) on my way home

from a mee�ng at about 9 pm. When it

started raining heavily I told the man to

pull over somewhere so we could wait

for the rain to subside, he said okay. He

said I should give him my phone to keep

it from the rain but I refused. Suddenly,

he entered a bend and when I discovered

that there were no buildings where we

could hide from the rain, it dawned on

me that the okada man had an ulterior

mo�ve. When I told him to stop, he

refused, so I jumped down, as soon as I

did that, he pushed down his okada,

pulled a knife and started chasing me.

He pulled me down and stabbed me on

the chest, at that point I began to shout

‘Jesus save me’, suddenly, a car came by

and flashed its head light in our

direc�on, so the okada man ran away. I

have come to return all glory to the God

of this commission who did not allow the

devil to take away my life.

MIRACLE HEALING

I joined this commission in one month

and 3 weeks now (August 2017). Two

weeks ago, during Sunday anoin�ng

service, the word that came out gave me

my healing. I was HIV posi�ve when I

came to this country. But I went for test

this week and was tested nega�ve. I am

here to give God the glory.

DIVINE FAVOUR

I joined this commission in 2008. My

office sent me a message to go and

update my BVN with my bank. I went and

presented my temporary Na�onal ID

card. The bank official demanded for a

permanent ID card. They refused to

update it. I went back again a�er prayers

and the same official that turned me

back ended up upda�ng my BVN.

Secondly today is my birthday I am here

to glorify God.

I am here to glorify God for the life of my

sister. God has been fateful since we

brought her from the village. She

disappeared for some �me when she

jo ined a vehic le f rom sokale to

bwari/checking point. She fell into the

hands of people we are yet to know

whether they are kidnappers or ritualist.

She is back safely.

been admi�ed to the hospital or felt sick.

I got married in October last year. God

THE GOODNESS OF GOD

I joined this commission in 2014. In June I

was involved in a motorbike/okada

accident. The okada fell off the road

down a slope in a bid to avoid an on-

coming bus that was overtaking another

vehicle. I had fractures on my legs. I had

to be confined in a room in a tradi�onal

healing center- where they treat bones. I

am now back walking. I am here to glorify

God for saving and healing me.

have been following the series; as

you take prac�cal steps to obey the Word

of God coming your way, your marriage

shall con�nue to experience newness in

Jesus’ precious name!

For the past few weeks, we have been

looking at love and marriage. We have

seen God’s involvement in the marriage

ins�tu�on and love as the first principle of

marr iage, how that love must be

expressed, not only in thoughts and

words, but also in deeds.

In conclusion this week, I will be showing

you some of the ways you can increase

your love for your spouse.

Communicate effec�vely

Effec�ve communica�on is the basis for a

frui�ul and las�ng rela�onship. Lack of

c o m m u n i c a � o n o r i n a d e q u a t e

communica�on is the reason for so much

tension in many marriages and homes.

Communica�on can be said to be what

cements a marital rela�onship. A wise

man said, “If you talk together, you stay

together.” I believe it is very true, because

marriage is about living together.

Spend �me together alone

How we spend our �me reveals what is

really important to us. Successful couples

spend �me together. They pray and read

the Bible together.

Touch each other

Great couples touch each other. They hug,

embrace, pat, hold hands, put arms

around each other, and endeavour to sit

close enough to touch, when si�ng

anywhere together.

Encourage each other with words

Encouragement is the food of the soul. We

all need to be li�ed up when we are down,

but successful couples go another step

f u r t h e r ; t h e y c r e a t e a p o s i � v e

environment. They are truthful to each

other, at every opportunity. They try to

catch each other doing good things

“right.”

Uncondi�onally accept each other

Uncondi�onal love and acceptance form a

crucial founda�on in successful marriages.

Happy couples don’t feel like they have to

do anything extra to be loved. They don’t

feel like they will be rejected, if they don’t

meet a set standard. Jesus accepts us just

as we are, and such is expected of couples

to enjoy the benefits of marriage.

Be commi�ed to each other

The word “divorce” is not u�ered, no

ma�er how upset one becomes. They

have an agreement on how to “fight fair”

under peaceful condi�ons. They try to let

the li�le irrita�ons go. They make an

ac�ve commitment to want the best for

their spouse, to help him or her grow as a

person. They learn to quickly give and

receive forgiveness.

Laugh with each other

An an�dote for boredom in marriage is

lively humour. If your spouse tells a joke,

laugh, even if it’s not so funny to others –

that’s not pretence as others may view it.

Look at the funny side of life – it will help

you enjoy life more.

Make each other your top priority

A�er God, make each other your top

priority. Don’t let anyone, not even your

children or parents; come between you

and your spouse. Think of him/her first

before anyone else.

Be each other’s best friend

Happy couples spend �me together as

friends. They share secrets with each

other. They enjoy each other’s company.

T h e y r e a l i s e t h e v a l u e o f t h e i r

togetherness. Don’t forget couples are

“one flesh.”

To effec�vely be a doer of the teaching

series of this month, you need grace. This

can only be accessed by the children of

God. You become a child of God by

confessing your sins and accep�ng Jesus

as your Lord and personal Saviour. If you

are set for this new birth experience,

please say this prayer in faith: Dear Lord

Jesus Christ, I come to You today. I am a

sinner. Forgive me my sins and cleanse me

with Your Blood. I accept You as my Lord

and Saviour. Make me a child of God today.

Thank You for delivering me from sin and

satan to serve the living God and thank You

for accep�ng me into Your Kingdom.

Congratula�ons! If you prayed this simple

prayer of faith with me, you are now born

again and a child of God. He loves you and

will never leave you. Read your Bible daily,

obey God’s Word and seek Chris�an

fellowship (John 14:21).
