Goku kid in an anime style In this second step-by-step tutorial we will see how to finish painting Goku Kid from Dragon Ball in the anime style. It is recommended to read the previous tutorial before continuing with this one.

The entire rope is painted Model Color Flat Earth 70.983.

The hair and hip belt are painted with Model Color Black 70.950.

Next it is painted with Game Color Bone White 72.034, leaving the recesses in Flat Earth.

A highlight is applied to both the hair and the belt with Model Color German Grey 70.995.

Model Color Ivory 70.918 is used for to highlight the most prominent parts of the rope.

A little Model Color Neutral Grey 70.992 and White 70.951 are applied to the belt for the extreme highlights.

The small wooden “backpack”, where Goku keeps his power pole, is painted with Model Color Flat Earth 70.983.

For the rope, a mixture of Game Color Bone White 72.034 and Model Color Ivory 70.918 is used.

The shadows are painted with a mixture of Model Color Flat Earth 70.983 and Model Color German Camouflage Black Brown 70.822.

The power pole is painted with Game Color Heavy Red 72.141.

Finally, some quick highlights are applied to simulate a wood effect using a mixture of Model Color Flat Earth 70.983 and Model Color Sunny Skin Tone 70.845.

In the upper part of the staff, we draw a thick line with Model Color Vermilion 70.909.

The tail is painted with Model Color Chocolate Brown 70.872.

7 A first highlight is applied with Model Color Flat Earth 70.983. We paint tiny lines with his color to simulate the hairs on the tail.

To finish the tail, we use Game Color Khaki 72.061, making small strokes on the top half.

To complete the power pole, we paint a thin line using a mixture of Model Color Vermilion 70.909 and Model Color Ice Yellow 70.858.

16 The miniature is then glued to the base, which has previously been prepared using Earth Texture Brown Earth 26.219, Vallejo tufts and small stones.

To complete the anime-style feel, Model Color Black 70.950 is used to paint thin lines simulating lines drawn on the folds of the skin, power pole and clothes.
