There is so much more I could share about “Mystery, Babylon; however, like grains ofsand in a hourglass falling so slowly at first but appearing to accelerate with ever increasingspeed as those final grains reminds us time waits for no man. The Rothschild’s threw their financial backing to Jesuit Adam Weishauptand his “Bavarian Illuminati” in 1776.

The Rothschild’s only have the Bank of England because the Jesuit Order allowed this tohappen. Britain was under the Jesuit thumb since the late 18th Century. The Cecil familybecame subordinate to the Jesuits no later than this and some would say the Cecil loyaltieswere lacking in the beginning of the 17th Century. This showed as King James I was bought intopower over the son of Elizabeth 1st which came from the union of the Queen and Edward DeVere. The Cecil family had the son of that union destroyed and killed, they fitted him up withcharges of trying to remove the Monarchy when in fact he was trying to remove the Cecil family.The supposed Puritan-Christian Cecil family soon enough had the Geneva Bible 1560/99destroyed and replaced with the King James Authorized 1611 Bible.

That was the first phase of the destruction of Christianity and the veiling of exposure ofthe Catholic Church. All those wonderful footnotes and more removed entirely from the publicrealm. The Geneva Bible became banned in the Nation by King James I himself. This should ringalarm bells but it does not mean that the King James Authorized Bible is wrong to follow to apoint, but the facts are, its missing information of the Geneva Bible.

The Cecil family has been controlled in the region by the Pallavicini family of far greaterpower and who really funded Queen Elizabeth’s war machine. Other families of great power inthe region are of course the Catholic Howard and Percy families along with the Powell family.You will find a lot of Powell’s have been connected with The Worshipful Company of Mercers. Ittook many years for the Germanic Bauer family to gain acceptance from the Cecil family ofEngland. Eventually they earned the respect of the Cecil family and a scion was formed. Theblood of both families including the Goldschmidt came about such as the line which KateMiddleton is descended from and why she is the wife of Prince William who himself is a Medici,Sforza, Stuart and Guelph.

When the Jesuits were suppressed by the Pope in 1773 they used their covert powerover England to have the Rothschild family guardian over the Jesuit South American reductionswealth. The Jesuits could not store this wealth in any Catholic banking house otherwise it wouldbe stolen since the Order was to be destroyed. This is one of the reasons the Jesuits have astronghold in the United States as the suppression of the Order helped them hoodwink theReformation Nations even further as you can imagine. What the suppression did do was makethe Jesuits even angrier and certainly made them never want to be loyal in the slightest to theCatholic Church again.

It was time to take over the Catholic Church which started in 1814 and was totallycomplete by 1870 when the Pope was made Infallible. The Jesuits forgot the Holy Seegenerosity of the earlier 14th Century when the Pope allowed a few of these then KnightsTemplars to survive and live in Aragon. I believe this was why the Jesuits were quite loyal to the

Church prior to the 1773 suppression. The Templars could not continue in Aragon under that oldtitle but of course could become something new. These Aragon Templars became the Order ofthe Calatrava and Order of the Montesa not to forget the Los Alumbrados meaning theilluminated ones. The current Grandmaster of the current Calatrava and Montesa is EmperorJuan Carlos of the New Holy Roman Empire.

Since this takeover by the Jesuit Order through their 1776 creation of the Order of theBavarian Illuminati using Giuseppe Balsamo and sheep-dipped Jesuit Adam Weishaupt. TheRothschild’s eventually became the Guardians of the Vatican Treasury all thanks to the JesuitOrder. The Rothschild’s used the Illuminati Napoleon as an aid in the takeover of the Bank ofEngland which had been created by The Worshipful Company of Mercers. This was to take overof the City of London from the Holy See and the Knights of Malta. The Holy See havingcontrolled the region for a very long time and having handed the control of the region to theKnights Templar in 1215. This had been taken away by the Holy See in 1312 with the “AdProvidam” Papal Bull. So as you can see with a logical thinking mind, the Jesuits have boughtback the control of the City of London under the Knights Templar continuum of themselvesbeing the ancient Aragon continuum of the original Order.

The Knights of Malta have never been favorites of the Jesuit Order who never forgive orforget. This hatred of the Knights of Malta increased even further in 1768 when the Knightsremoved the Jesuits from the Island of Malta. The Jesuits sought their revenge for this one lateron in 1798 using their Illuminati-controlled Napoleon. The Jesuits subordinated the Knights ofMalta in the same year and that was the true start of the takeover of the City of London whichwas commanded covertly still by the Knights of Malta. Currently the so-called Protestantdivision of the Knights of Malta are controlled through the Alliance of the Orders of St John OfJerusalem by the Order of Malta itself. The Order of Malta being the only true Order out of all ofthem although its claimed they now recognize the others as part of this Alliance.

This all aided the openness of the Order of Malta to return to England as you can seefrom their Blessed Adrian Fortescue and later Grand Priory of England in 1993. If you look at St.John’s Wood where the Order of Malta are based, you will see it’s the old haunt of the KnightsTemplar in England since the City of London is a sovereign Nation. If you look at one of the fourof the most powerful Order of Malta headquarters in Rome you will see that the Aventine Hill isanother old Templar haunt which was their original World Headquarters. The Order of Maltahas three main bases of power in Italy with a secret forth base which is ever changing and notknown to the public, which leads me to believe this is either thee true WHQ of the Order or oneused for secret commanding only.

Now can one understand the true power over the World and the Bank of England? Ask yourself why do those in Israel who opposed theOslo Accords get whacked or suppressed if they are the supposed power? Enough said, the NewHoly Roman Empire rules the World! It’s just that simple. Emperor Juan Carlos of the New Holy Roman Empire and Evelyn De Rothschild controlyour physical being which is your land or your will. They also control your soul and it is all donethrough the Crown Temple in the City of London connected with the Bank of England. As soonas you are born on Earth if there is a Marriage Certificate they have control over you. If there isnot a certificate of marriage but the child is registered to a Birth Certificate then they once againhave control over you. The Vatican claims control over you regardless if you study hard enough.The birth certificate ties you into the “Cestui Que Vie Act 1666” [explained further below] andthe Vatican Canon Law based Admiralty Law system that's been in place usurping our law ofland known as Common Law since 1933. The real push for the Merchant takeover of our landsoccurred from 1870 onwards when many definitions of words were usurped with admiraltydefinitions. Admiralty Law comes from the ancient Phoenician Empire but was perfected by theRoman Empire.

The “Cestui Que Vie Act 1666” goes back to the real root of the problem stemming from1302 A.D. with the signing of the Papal Bull ‘Unam Sanctam” by Pope Boniface VIII. Also look upthe Papal Bull “Aeterni Regis” by Pope Sixtus IV in 1481. This, my friends is the completeenslavement of your soul and body being the land. The Vatican controls all the land on Earthand its most important land of all is your will which is your body and thus they control yourtestament being a product of your will. When you [your birth] are registered a security is placedinto the Bank of England of around £1.5 million, maybe more today since that's a figure ofaround a year ago. This is then traded daily with World-wide banks in a second economy youare not privy too. This secret system is very closely connected with the Universal Postal Union inBern, Switzerland which is just one corner away from the powerful Papal Nuncio, ArchbishopDiego Causero at the Vatican Embassy.

You have become a minor shareholder in the U.K picture but you have no chance ofclaiming your dividend. This security raises profits which collect over the years of your life.When your will expires as you die then the Escheat Law is bought into play to take all of that

This control of the Bank of England through The Worshipful Company of Mercers is whatcontrols the global economy. The U.S. economy is fully controlled by the Mercers and Bank ofEngland and has been since 1868 onwards, some might say since 1861 when America wasturned into a corporation by President Lincoln to try to pay off the Mercers for the VirginiaCompany of London debts for the original Settling of the region. The Jesuits, using both PrivyCouncilors Roundell Palmer and Edward Stanley, had Lincoln’s death warrant signed andexecuted through the payment of Catholic, John Wilkes Booth through the Bank of Montrealbased in Jesuit-controlled Quebec. Wilkes was paid £60 for the assassination and he is anancestor of Catholic, Cherie Blair the current wife of Knight of Malta, Tony Blair the Catholiccrusading war criminal closely tied to the controllers of the Directorate for Intelligence divisionof the Central Intelligence Agency known as the ‘Deutsche Verteidigungs Dienst’, the Nazicontinuum and major drug trafficking operator for the House of Bourbon and The WorshipfulCompany of Apothecaries. The City of London controls the U.S. Economy through The City-UKrun by Stuart Popham of the Royal Institute for International Affairs, through its U.S. subsidiaryThe Council of Foreign Relations.

The City-UK controls the Exchange Stabilization Fund commanding the Federal Reserveof New York, World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, the latter of which deals withthe Nations bankrupted as of 1933. The City-UK controls the U.S. Treasury which commands allthree of those organizations through the Exchange Stabilization Fund. No different to how TheCity-UK commands the economies of the Middle East through the Middle East Associationfronted by Charles Hollis. A powerful family connected to the City of London’s control of theUnited States is the Spring family who took over in the region from the Payseur family who werethe French Royal family continuum after the French Revolution. That line is now dividedbetween three other families less significant in the merchant realm to the Spring’s. Welcome tothe New World Order!

The History of Trusts

The 1st Trust of the world:

“Unam Sanctam” is one of the most frightening documents of history and the one mostquoted as the primary document of the popes claiming their global power. It is an express trustdeed. The last line reads: “Furthermore, we declare, we proclaim, we define that it is absolutelynecessary for salvation that every human creature be subject to the Roman Pontiff.” It is not only

the first trust deed in history but also the largest trust ever conceived, as it claims the wholeplanet and everything on it, conveyed in trust.

Triple Crown of Ba’al, aka the Papal Tiara and Triregnum

In 1302 A.D. Pope Boniface issued his infamous Papal Bull “Unam Sanctam” - the firstExpress Trust. He claimed control over the whole planet which made him “King of the world”.In celebration, he commissioned a gold-plated headdress in the shape of a pine cone, with anelaborate crown at its base. The pine cone is an ancient symbol of fertility and one traditionallyassociated with Ba’al as well as the Cult of Cybele. It also represents the pineal gland in thecenter of our brains - crystalline in nature - which allows us access to our Source or mind,hence, the 13-foot tall pine cone in Vatican Square. Think about why the Pontiffs would idolize apine cone.

The 1st Crown of Crown Land

Pope Boniface VIII was the first leader in history to create the concept of a “Trust”, butthe first Testamentary Trust, through a deed and will creating a Deceased Estate, was created byPope Nicholas V in 1455, through the Papal Bull “Romanus Pontifex”. This is only one of three(3) papal bulls to include the line with the incipit “For a perpetual remembrance.” This Bull hadthe effect of conveying the right of use of the land as Real Property, from the Express Trust“Unam Sanctam”, to the control of the Pontiff and his successors in perpetuity. Hence, all land isclaimed as “crown land”. This 1st Crown is represented by the 1st “Cestui Que Vie Trust”,created when a child is born. It deprives us of all beneficial entitlements and rights on the land.

The 2nd Crown of the Commonwealth

The second Crown was created in 1481 with the papal bull “Aeterni Regis”, meaning“Eternal Crown”, by Sixtus IV, being only the 2nd of three papal bulls as deeds of testamentarytrusts.

This Papal Bull created the “Crown of Aragon”, later known as the Crown of Spain, and isthe highest sovereign and highest steward of all Roman Slaves subject to the rule of the RomanPontiff. Spain lost the crown in 1604 when it was granted to King James I of England by PopePaul V after the successful passage of the “Union of Crowns”, or Commonwealth Act, in 1605after the false flag operation of the Gunpowder Plot. The Crown was finally lost by England in1975, when it was returned to Spain and King Juan Carlos I, where it remains to this day. This2nd Crown is represented by the 2nd “Cestui Que Vie Trust”, created when a child is born and,by the sale of the birth certificate as a Bond to the private central bank of the nation, deprivingus of ownership of our flesh and condemning us to perpetual servitude, as a Roman person, orslave.

The 3rd Crown of the Ecclesiastical See

The third Crown was created in 1537 by Paul III, through the papal bull “Convocation”,also meant to open the Council of Trent. It is the third and final testamentary deed and will of atestamentary trust, set up for the claiming of all “lost souls”, lost to the See. The Venetiansassisted in the creation of the 1st “Cestui Que Vie Act of 1540”, to use this papal bull as thebasis of Ecclesiastical authority of Henry VIII. This Crown was secretly granted to England in thecollection and “reaping” of lost souls. The Crown was lost in 1816, due to the deliberatebankruptcy of England, and granted to the Temple Bar which became known as the Crown Bar,or simply the Crown. The Bar Associations have since been responsible for administering the“reaping” of the souls of the lost and damned, including the registration and collection ofBaptismal certificates representing the souls collected by the Vatican and stored in its vaults.The term “BAR” is an acronym for the British Accrediting Registry. Every U.S. state has a “BAR”association, a franchise of the U.K.

This 3rd Crown is represented by the 3rd “Cestui Que Vie Trust”, created when a child isbaptized. It is the parents’ grant of the Baptismal certificate - title to the soul - to the church orRegistrar. Thus, without legal title over one’s own soul, we will be denied legal standing and willbe treated as things - cargo without souls - upon which the “BAR” is now legally able to enforceunder Maritime law.

The Cestui Que Vie Trust:

A “Cestui Que Vie Trust” is a fictional concept. It is a Temporary Testamentary Trust, firstcreated during the reign of Henry VIII of England through the “Cestui Que Vie Act of 1540” andupdated by Charles II, through the “CQV Act of 1666”, wherein an Estate may be effected for theBenefit of a Person presumed lost or abandoned at “sea” and therefore assumed “dead” afterseven (7) years. Additional presumptions, by which such a Trust may be formed, were added inlater statutes to include bankrupts, minors, incompetents, mortgages, and private companies.The original purpose of a CQV Trust was to form a temporary Estate for the benefit of anotherbecause some event, state of affairs, or condition prevented them from claiming their status asliving, competent, and present, before a competent authority. Therefore, any claims, history,statutes, or arguments that deviate in terms of the origin and function of a CQV Trust, aspronounced by these canons, is false and automatically null and void.

A Beneficiary under Estate may be either a Beneficiary or a CQV Trust. When aBeneficiary loses direct benefit of any Property of the higher Estate placed in a CQV Trust on hisbehalf, he does not “own” the CQV Trust; he is only the beneficiary of what the Trustees of theCQV Trust choose to provide. As all CQV Trusts are created on presumption, based upon originalpurpose and function, such a Trust cannot be created if these presumptions can be proven notto exist.

Since 1933, when a child is borne in a State (Estate) under inferior Roman law, three (3)“Cestui Que (Vie) Trusts” are created upon certain presumptions specifically designed to deny

the child forever, any rights of Real Property, any Rights to be free, and any Rights to be knownas man or woman, rather than a creature or animal, by claiming and possessing their Soul orSpirit. In short, each of us is a slave. Do you get this? You are a slave to the Papacy!!

The Executors or Administrators of the higher Estate willingly and knowingly:

1. Convey the beneficial entitlements of the child, as Beneficiary, into the 1st Cestui Que (Vie)Trust in the form of a Registry Number by registering the Name, thereby also creating theCorporate Person and denying the child any rights to Real Property; and,

2. Claim the baby as chattel to the Estate. The slave baby contract is then created by honoringthe ancient tradition of either having the ink impression of the baby’s feet onto the live birthrecord, or a drop of its blood, as well as tricking the parents to signing the baby awaythrough the deceitful legal meanings on the live birth record which is a promissory note,converted into a slave bond, sold to the private reserve bank of the estate, and thenconveyed into a 2nd and separate CQV Trust, per child, owned by the bank. When thepromissory note reaches maturity and the bank is unable to “seize” the slave child, amaritime lien is lawfully issued to “salvage” the lost property and is monetized as currencyissued in series against the CQV Trust.

3. Claim the child’s soul via the Baptismal Certificate. Since 1540 and the creation of the 1stCQV Act, deriving its power from the Papal Bull of Roman Cult leader Pope Paul III, 1540,when a child is baptized and a Baptismal Certificate is issued, the parents have gifted,granted, and conveyed the soul of the baby to a “3rd” CQV Trust owned by Roman Cult,which has held this valuable property in its vaults ever since. Since 1815, this 3rd Crown ofthe Roman Cult and 3rd CQV Trust representing Ecclesiastical Property has been managedby the BAR as the reconstituted “Galla” responsible, as Grim Reapers, for reaping the souls.

Each “Cestui Que Vie Trust”, created since 1933, represents one of the 3 Crownsrepresenting the three claims of property of the Roman Cult: Real Property (on Earth), PersonalProperty (body), and Ecclesiastical Property (soul). Each corresponds exactly to the three formsof law available to the Galla of the BAR Courts: corporate commercial law (judge is the‘landlord’), maritime and canon law (judge is the banker), and Talmudic law (judge is the priest).

What is the real power of a court ‘judge’?

Given what has been revealed about the foundations of Roman Law, what is the realhidden power of a judge when we face court? Is it their superior knowledge of process andprocedure or of magic? Or is it something simpler and far more obvious?

It is unfortunate that much of the excitement about Estates and Executors hasdeliberately not revealed that an Estate, by definition, has to belong to a Trust - to be specific, aTestamentary Trust or “CQV Trust”. When we receive legal paper or have to appear in court, it isthese same “CQV Trusts” which have our rights converted into the property contained within

them. Instead of being the Trustee, or the Executor, or Administrator, we are merely theBeneficiary of each “CQV Trust”, granted only beneficial and equitable use of certain property,never legal title. So if the Roman Legal System assumes we are merely the beneficiary of these“CQV Trusts”, when we go to court, who represents the Trustee and Office of Executor? We allknow that all cases are based upon the judge’s discretion which often defies procedures,statutes, and maxims of law. Well, they are doing what any Trustee or Executor, administering atrust in the presence of the beneficiary, can do under Roman Law and all the statutes, maxims,and procedures are really for show because under the principles of Trust Law, as first formed bythe Roman Cult, a Trustee has a wide latitude, including the ability to correct any proceduralmistakes, by obtaining the implied or tacit consent of the beneficiary, to obviate any mistakes.The judge is the real and legal Name. The judge is the trust, itself. We are the mirror image tothem––the ghost––the dead. It is high sorcery, trickery, and subterfuge that has remained“legal” for far too long. Spread the word! The Biblical “Beast” is the Jesuit Pope of Rome!

Does the Prieuré de Sion control the Roman Catholic Church today? According to varioussources, including the Jewish Encyclopedia, the House of Rothschild has been the long-standingtrustee of the Vatican's wealth.

"Early in the 19th century the Pope came to the Rothschild’s to borrow money. TheRothschild’s were very friendly with the Pope, causing one journalist to sarcastically say'Rothschild has kissed the hand of the Pope... Order has been reestablished.' The Rothschild’s, infact, over time were entrusted with the bulk of the Vatican's wealth. The Jewish Ency., vol. 2, p.497 states, 'It is a somewhat curious sequel to the attempt to set up a Catholic competitor tothe Rothschild’s that at the present time (1905) the latter are guardians of the papal treasure.'Researcher Eustace Mullins writes that the Rothschild’s took over all the financial operations ofthe worldwide Catholic Church in 1823/24. This is true as the Jesuit-controlled Vaticancommissioned the Rothschild’s to be the Vatican’s “Fiduciary Agents”. This has never beenannulled or abrogated by the Vatican. Today the large banking and financial business of theCatholic Church is an extensive system interlocked with the Rothschild’s and the rest of theInternational Banking system." Eustace Mullins in 'The Curse of Canaan', writes on page 125: "In 1715, there weresome 415 families in the Judengasse, of whom 109 were money-lenders; there were also 106hardware dealers; the remaining families were engaged in second hand clothing or fruitbusinesses. Of the twelve wealthiest families there in 1715, the Speyer’s were the richest,having a fortune of 604,000 florins; then came the Goldschmidt’s, the Wertheimer’s, the Haasfamily, etc.

4. The Rothschild’s, began with 109,375 Florins. Exactly one hundred years later, theRothschild’s were the masters of Europe, dictating the terms at the Congress of Vienna. Theythen requested a noble coat of arms with a royal coronet, featuring the Leopard of England andthe Lion of Hesse. This request was denied in 1817, but after tremendous financial pressure wasbrought to bear on the government, it was finally granted in 1822. The following year, theRothschild’s took over all of the financial operations of the worldwide Catholic Church. Of the

One short note about the Rothschild’s at this time, the last bank mogul and tyrant of theRothschild’s was murdered sometime in 1990 and there is someone else controlling now, not aRothschild. He was found hanging from a bath shower fixture.

The above-listed banking houses, to an extent, manipulate the daily prices of gold andsilver on the exchange. The hard currency countries are those countries whose currency is notallowed to fluctuate as much as the other countries' currency fluctuates. Wherever the American dollar goes, it affects other nations in relation to our dollar.These corporations, banks and railroads reach into almost every country of the world at thistime; they have control of these countries. They practice fractional reserve banking.

For nearly 700 years the papacy ruled as a church-state power until 1870 when the newgovernment of the state of Italy (formally established in 1861) seized the “papal states,” whichincluded Rome. Pope Pius IX went into self-imposed imprisonment within a few buildings incentral Rome. This wiped out the church-state hierarchy of the Catholic Church but not theCatholic Church. Vatican I was called during this period and some of the most sinister decisionsregarding the church, its power and future plans were developed, including the concept ofpapal infallibility.

To prevent remonstrance (a formal statement of grievances) against the newly formedgovernment, Italy passed a law entitled “Law of Papal Guarantees” on May 13, 1871. It grantedthe pope sovereign honors and full freedom to exercise his spiritual authority, the right toreceive and send ambassadors, with some minor territorial usage rights in Italy – plus a salary.Pope Pius IX refused to acknowledge this document. Immediately, the relationship between theItalian government and the Roman Catholic Church began to deteriorate. By May, 1873 theItalian chamber of deputies invoked an 1866 law, taking over all religious orders, Catholicschools and hospitals throughout the country. That is when a serious blow came to the papacy.

It was during this period of civic isolationism that Pope Leo XIII (1878-1903) came intopower. He developed an official position on religious liberties and church-state relations, whichdemanded that states must not only care for religion but must “recognize the true religionprofessed by the Catholic church.” He was powerless to enact this and other dictums thatevolved during this time. It wouldn’t be until Vatican II that they would implement thisgroundwork, which included “plans” to first coerce America and later the world.

On February 11, 1929, the Lateran Treaty and Concordant between the Vatican and thekingdom of Italy was signed, which established the autonomy of the Holy See as a church-state.On June 3, 1985, the Vatican and Italy ratified a new church-state treaty known as a“concordat,” which replaced the Lateran Pact of 1929. Though reported as a downgrade ofCatholic power and papal influence, it actually gave greater international flexibility. To that pointthe original treaty declared Roman Catholicism as the state church of Italy. By separating fromthis, along with other legal stances, the Vatican – Holy See stands more independent withoutlegal ties to Italy. This now opens the door for it to become a full-fledged member of the UnitedNations (U.N.) with the question of religious issues lessened. Also, Rome ceased to be declaredin the concordats as a “Holy City.”

The Holy See has been registered as a “Non-member State Permanent Observer” of theU.N. All other world religions serve as NGO’s or non-governmental organizations. Because of therarely-used designation granted to the Holy See, it has privileges of a state like no other churchhas. It can speak and vote at all U.N. conferences. No other religion has this elevated status.Because U.N. conferences operate on a consensus, the ability to disagree with the majorconsensus gives it significant power. It is most intriguing that the General Assembly never took avote on the presence of the Holy See at the U.N.

The Vatican is not registered with the United Nations as a state but as the Holy See. Bydefinition the Holy See is a non-territorial religious entity. It is not a state but the hierarchy ofthe Roman Catholic Church.

Switzerland had been in a Permanent Observer status, but in February of 2002 theybecame a full-fledged U.N. member. The Vatican is now the only Permanent Observer“organization” not yet admitted as a full member of the U.N.

The Vatican is situated on 108 acres and is a true sovereign state with citizenry, courts,police force, postal service and ambassadors. It is seen as a separate “nation.” Yet, its U.N. tiesare totally religious. It fronts it religious face in order to influence political power. People lookto the Vatican, not because of its vast military, economy or potential for commerce; they comein the hope to have contact with one of the most charismatic individuals in the world – thepope. He has enormous stature on the world scene.

Critics contend that on some issues he is too theologically conservative for the times,but the steady parade of world leaders has made it plain that he is a man to be reckoned with.There are few experiences, even for a world leader, as daunting as being escorted through theelaborate halls of the Apostolic Palace. Along the way, thousands of years of history and powermake their impression, even before the leader lays his eyes on the pope.

A world leader is received by the pope in the private library. Here they will exchange giftsand read statements typical of any state visit. But the Holy See is a religious state, and thatmeans there are variations on normal diplomatic protocol.

The Roman Catholic Church first officially participated at the United Nations when theVatican City was invited to the United Nations conferences because of its membership in theUniversal Postal Union and the International Telecommunication Union. In 1957, through anexchange of letters, the Holy See and the Secretary-General of the United Nations agreed torefer to the Papal delegation at the United Nations as the “Holy See.” Finally, on March 21,1964, Pope Paul VI established the first Holy See ‘permanent observer’ mission at the UnitedNations. As a result, the Holy See is regarded as a ‘non-member state’ permanent observer....

The status of a permanent observer places restrictions upon an entity’s role at theUnited Nations, and these limitations generally vary according to the type of permanentobserver status. There are no provisions in either the United Nations Charter or the Rules ofprocedure of the Economic and Social Council (‘ECOSOC’) that specifically refer to theparticipation of non-United Nations members in ECOSOC meetings. However, non-memberstate observers have been invited to participate in meetings discussing matters of concern tothose states. Since the Holy See is a permanent observer, it cannot cast a vote in the GeneralAssembly of the United Nations. But permanent observers have sometimes participated, on anad hoc basis, in General Assembly discussions and decisions. The Holy See has participated inthe General Assembly on several occasions. Pope Paul VI addressed that body on October 4,1965, and Pope John Paul II did so on October 2, 1978. Pope Francis addressed the UnitedNations in September of 2015. The Permanent Observer for the Holy See addressed the TenthSpecial Session of the General Assembly Devoted to Disarmament.

In a legal sense the Holy See is a religious body represented at the U.N. Examination ofits entry into the U.N. shows it achieved its exclusive position without meeting the propercriterion on member votes. It is quietly trying to achieve full status as a Non-member but not asthe Holy See but as the Vatican, the official state! If it achieves this status and remains as a Holy

See Permanent Observer, then it will be an achievement like no other in world politics, power ordeceptive maneuverings has ever attained.

As all this moves forward, “The Roman Catholic Church is uniquely positioned toinfluence international policy-making. It speaks on issues of concern for its religious following tonumerous nations around the world. At the international level, the Roman Catholic Church usesits distinctive position at the United Nations to affect a wide range of global issues, includinginternational economic development, women’s status, population, and family planning....

The Holy See’s status at the UN entitles it to many of the same privileges enjoyed bygovernments. Yet, the Holy See lacks traditional citizenry of its own. The Holy See speaks at theUN not as a nation-state addressing the pressing concerns of its citizens, but as a religionseeking to exert its version of morality on Catholics and non-Catholics alike. All of the otherreligions of the world are entitled only to the limited privileges of non-governmentalorganizations within the UN. The Roman Catholic Church therefore enjoys a unique degree ofinternational political leverage typically reserved for governments....

The Holy See serves as ‘the supreme organ of government of the [Catholic] Church,’ withthe Pope designated as its head in the Code of Canon Law. It is, by definition, a non-territorialreligious entity. The Holy See consists of the Pope, the College of Cardinals, and the RomanCuria – the departments and ministries that assist the Pope in the government of the Church.The Pope possesses supreme authority within the Church, and no one may appeal his decisionsor decrees. The Pope’s authority rests on moral and spiritual principles and is not enforced bycivil penalties.

Widely regarded as a ‘vassal’ territory of the Holy See, the Vatican City exists solely toprovide a base for the central administration of the Roman Catholic Church. Only 0.44 squarekilometers in size, the Vatican City is the smallest area in the world that claims statehood.

Yet the Vatican is constantly interfering in American politics without any threat ofcongressional investigation. And such intervention occurs not only in the United States butacross the world. Since the Vatican’s intervention is almost as top secret as the CIA’s, it isdiscerned through a study of the men who advise the President of the United States; those whowrite public policy and through the process of codification into rules and regulations. As anexample of what I am referring to is found in a picture of President Obama sitting in the OvalOffice, surrounded by his National Security Council, and every person in the group were in oneway or another connected to Jesuit Georgetown University.

It is obvious from such intervention in foreign and domestic policy and in its oppositionto both contraceptives and abortion, that the Vatican views itself as the fulfiller of a theocraticworld state, with the authority to tell legislators in democratic nations what they must or mustnot legislate.

If someone argues that the church is merely engaged in moral instruction, it is essentialto note the distinction between a civil state and a church. In the United States, the Constitutionrequires the government to ‘promote the general welfare;’ not just the welfare of thoseapproved by the Vatican. Moreover, the Vatican is not just a church; it is also a state ruled by thesame people who rule the church....

It also means that the Vatican claims representation in the United Nations and functionslike a nation-state in international gatherings at the same time that it functions like a church.Yet, American politicians would never investigate the Vatican’s numerous attempts to influenceor control American foreign or domestic policy because, like a chameleon, it would claim it wasmerely functioning as a church, not as a state. In fact, it is already so powerful that anyone whotried to investigate it would find such an endeavor a political liability.

All this is evidence why political ecumenism is a real danger. Progressive Catholics andnon-Catholics must examine every proposal by Catholic bishops and Catholic politicians withunusual scrutiny as to whether they will move us ever closer to a theocratic state – quite like thestate advocated by such Protestant right-wing groups as the Christian Coalition, PromiseKeepers, Focus on the Family and James Kennedy’s Coral Ridge Ministries. There is someevidence that they may already be in bed together.

Quietly and imperceptibly the influences of the Roman Catholic Church increases. It has,since 1985, positioned itself in such a way it can play its church or state influence at will. It ismanipulating governments through social issues. Politicians are increasingly sympathetic to itsdemands because nearly everywhere they have Catholic constituents. The stage is being set forthe assumption of power, which the Bible says will come. It will be supported by the U.S.government in unprecedented control to finally achieve a theocratic end one could easily call atyranny. All that said speaks to the “Mystery” attribute in Revelation 17:5: “And upon herforehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTSAND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”

In my series “The Truth Shall Make You Free”, in Part 19 I shared a photocopy of aFederal Reserve Lien against the United States in the amount of $14.3 Quadrillion proving theIRS owns all land, real estate, and every last human being on the records. The document provesthe point that we are not free but in fact are slaves of the Papal State.

1. The United Nations was established on October 24th, 1945.

2. Only Warring “Allied” nations qualified to join the United Nations in the beginning, and some nations declared war retroactively to join and be seen as belligerent and combative (a form of legal incompetence).

3. Germany surrendered to the “United Nations” on May 9th, 1945 and was made retroactive to May 8th, months before the United Nations was officially established.
