THE FIRST FLOOR IS INTERSECTED BY A COURTYARD THAT LENDS ITSELF TO BECOME INHABITABLE SPACE FOR THE POP-UP RESTAURANT. THIS COURTYARD SEPERATES TWO VERY DIFFERENT PROGRAMMATIC TYPES, WHICH WOULD BE THE RETAIL AND VISITOR CENTER FROM KITCHENS, SHIPPING AND RECEIVING, AND RESTAURANT. THE SECOND FLOOR ALSO USES THE IDEA OF SETTING THE BUILDING BACK FROM THE BOUNDARY, BUT IS UTILIZED IN ANOTHER WAY BY THEN MAKING THESE SPACES ROOF TERRACES AND GARDENS. CENTRALLY LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR IS A LARGE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ATRIUM SPACE, WHICH OPENS UP THE SPACE AS WELL AS PRESENTS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR THE FIRST FLOOR TO HAVE DOUBLE HEIGHT SPACES. • The design includes big and small gathering spaces.

• Circulation incorporates strong perpendicu-lar paths with organic/meandering paths through garden spaces.
