• Goals as we move toward 2012-2013:
1. Use the 5-Step process more often in a team setting, continuing to differentiate in some areas as a grade level team (i.e. reading/writing skills) while maintaining school goals in others (i.e. stamina).
2. Create a schedule that provides for more regular TBT time.
3. Become advocates in our teams for:
a. More integration of RtI in our goals.
b. Solidifying our Tier 1 Classroom Practices and Procedures.
c. Aligning our goals so that our Professional Development can be more powerful.
