Tracts 1 & 2: (Under TCEQ Permit)City can lease for recreational use, in 20 year automatically renewable terms, but would be responsible for maintenance of entire Landfill property (194.85 acres), TCEQ obligations remain with BVSWMA.

Tract 3: (Not under TCEQ Permit)College Station shall have first right of refusal with respect to any third party offer for sale of land (76 acres).

Frontage on Rock Prairie,Adjacent to the CSISDTransportation Center on South side and the ParkShop and Southeast Parkon the north side.

Only area feasible forPark development isalong Rock Prairie Rd.

Site plan includes:Picnic Area, Restrooms,RV Hook-ups, Pond,Walking Trail
