It's a great tool to getting people to open up. It worked far better than just introducing myself to an already busy

The equation for client growth is holding true

1. Figure out how often, on average, homeowners move (e.g. 7

years).

2. Figure out how many more deals you need this year (e.g. 20

deals)

3. Multiply the two together (e.g. 7 x 20 = 140 clients, in 7 years

to average 20 more per year)

4. Therefore, you need make 140 people, in 1 year, to know

you, like you, trust you, and want to help you out

because you did something for them, in order to increase

your business by, on average, 12 more deals per year.

5. Divide that number by 12 (140 / 48) = 3 meetings per week.
