UEI (United Education Institute)

Luby’s - Fuddruckers

A tenant since 1999, UEI has invested extensively in their lease space, creating user-specific facilities

for their programs in Business Office Administration, Criminal Justice, Medical Assistant, Computer

Systems Technician, and Dental Assistant. The Park Plaza European ambiance is very conducive to a

campus environment, making this one of UEI’s permier locations. The center courtyard is used for
