th June 9am
Come and have some focussed time praying for three key issues:
1) Intercede for the General Election: pray for the can-didates, for the voters, and for the result. 2) Listen to God for the future of All Saints and St Catherine's. For the vision that God is giving us, and discernment in recruitment. 3) Join our prayers in the wave of prayer of "Thy King-dom Come" praying for God's kingdom to come in Wellington, Telford, the UK, the World.
There will be space, quiet, resources and creative ide-as to inspire your prayers.
"And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people." Ephesians 6:18
Friday 2nd June
Monday 29th May - BANK HOLIDAY 7.00pm Bell ringing practice in church.
Wellington Midsummer Fayre Saturday June 10th, 10-3pm.
This will be our 11th year of bringing Town and Church together for this enjoyable family day out. There will be music, 40 food and craft stalls, fire eating, costume parade, hog roast and more. Please put the date in your diary. There are lots of opportunities to be involved, from providing plants (ask Heather Grivell) or donating cakes (talk to Fiona Wright) to dressing up for the parade or helping to set the church out and put pews back after the fayre (Paul Thompson will be pleased to hear from you).
From 28th July until 2nd August we are
taking a group from Tyndale to Soul Survivor;
a Christian camp for young people. We need
someone or a couple of people to come along
with us and handle the catering. It would
involve heading up the meals and being solely
responsible for that during the five days. If you
are able to help or want more info please
contact Susie asap.
Rearranged Hustings
This Wednesday 31st May As you may know the hustings were postponed as a mark of
respect to those affected by the Manchester attack. The
hustings will now be held this Wednesday. Candidates for
the forthcoming General Election in the Wrekin
Constituency have confirmed their intention to attend the
meeting and members of the public will be able to question
them on some of today’s issues. Do take this opportunity to
learn more about the candidates views and attitudes.

MORNING PRAYER—WEEK 4 MONTH 2 Week beginning 28th May 2017
Daily Prayer Calendar - Please help yourself to a copy of the Prayer Calendar
which can be found at the back of church and use it as often as you can to help focus our prayers together
Please pray for: We continue to pray for all those affected by the bombing in Manchester, the wounded, the bereaved, the families and the emergency services. May they find God's light in the darkness and love in the pain.
We join in the prayers being made as part of the "Thy Kingdom Come" prayer initiative. With Christians around the world, between Ascension and Pentecost, we pray for
more people to come to know Jesus Christ. Each day this week we pray for one particular person we know to come to know Jesus.
We pray for the 97% of the population of the region of Kajo-Keji in South Sudan who have fled to refugee camps in Uganda because of war in the area. We pray for Bishop Emmanuel as he travels from camp to camp to minister to his flock.
